Breakfast: 5 Yogurts, 3 Packets of Oatmeal, 3 Cups of Coffee.

Lunch:1 Spicy Thai Salad w/ Chicken, 1 Apple all from Panera Bread.

Snack: 2 cups of Ice Cream

Dinner: 1 Marie Callender's TV Dinner (Meatloaf).

Snack: 1 cup of Pumpkin Ice Cream.

Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters.

Estimated Calories: 2800

Exercise: 3.75 Hours of Walking.

I ate a little better today, at least better than yesterday. I had too much ice cream lol only because I wanted to finish it off.

Lunch:1 Roast Beef/Bacon w/Cheese Sandwich, 1 side of Potato Chips, 1 side of Fritos.

Dinner: 1 Marie Callender's TV Dinner (Herb Roast Chicken).

Snack: 4 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 6 Bottled Waters.

Snack: 1 Bag of Potato Chips, 1 King Cone Ice Cream cone, 2 Reeses Fast Break bars.

Dinner: 1 Bowl of Festa Del Mare, a few pieces of bread, 1 slice of cake.

Miscellaneous: 1 Bottled Water, 1 20 oz. Sprite, 6 Run and Diet Cokes.

Friday was my 40th err 28th birthday so I went a little crazy. To celebrate I'm going in a trip to D.C. I went out to this little Italian place which was pretty good I had pasta with different types of seafood in it.

Misty was real nervous at first but luckily she's calmed down. I'm going to take her to see the sights in DC.

Breakfast: Corned Beef Hash, 2 Links of Sausage, 1 Waffle, 2 cup of Orange juice, 1 Cup of Coffee.

Lunch/Snack: 1 Bag of Popcorn.

Dinner: 1 Italian Sub, 1 side of Steak Fries, 2 cups of Cherry Coke all from Santini's.

Snack: 1 Large Slice of Pepperoni Pizza.

Miscellaneous: 1 Bottled Water, 1 20 oz. Dr. Pepper, 4 Rum and Diet Cokes.

Exercise: 3.75 Hours of walking.

I don't know my weight for today since I was in a hotel and I didn't pack my scale. I spent most of the checking out the area near my hotel (McLean, VA) which is a pretty nice area, also pedestrian friendly there's a lot of stores within walking distance. I also checked out DC some, but had to go b/c Misty was getting nervous.

I got back home today, and while it kind of started as a cheat day I decided to not go too crazy since I went nuts on both Friday and Saturday. I'm dreading going back on the scale.

Ugh, not surprisingly my weight jumped up almost 10 lbs. due to the weekend. I'm going to do better this week and next week.

Ugh I think I may be getting sick again, the weather is still hot and muggy even though it's October. I can't wait for it to cool down finally
