Breakfast: 4 Yogurts, 2 Donuts.

Lunch: 1 Spicy Bite Hot Dog, 1 side of Potato Chips, 1 20 oz Cherry Coke..

Dinner: 1 Daves Double, 1 side of French Fries, 1 Large Dr. Pepper.

Snack: 5 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 1 Bottled Water

Estimated Calories: 3730

Exercise: 3.5 Hours of Walking.

Today is the year anniversary, I met my goal I wish I could say I'm still at my goal weight but I'm 2 lbs. over. I which I could get back down to 180.
 
I think 2lbs over is just fine - well done!

Lunch: 1 Spicy Thai Chicken Salad, 1 piece of Bread all from Panera Bread.

Snack: 6 Yogurts.

Dinner: 1 Healthy Choice TV Dinner ( Salisbury Steak).

Miscellaneous: 6 Bottled Waters.

Well it was only 8 today. When I go to the store people see me buying yogurt and say "You must really like yogurt!". Of course I usually buy 40-60 tubs at a time lol.

Today was a semi cheat day, and I don't think I did that bad, though I think I overdid it with the chips.

Ugh, I went a little overboard today. I wasn't planning on having sweets but , I saw the pumpkin Ice Cream and cake and couldn't resist. (I LOVE anything pumpkin spice!)

Of course I gained a few pounds, but at least not as much as before. I didn't do as well today since I had the ice cream AND the popcorn.
 
Pumpkin spice? Pumpkin ice cream? Wow! Never heard of either before.

You haven't heard of Pumpkin Spice? I'm surprised it seems that this time of year EVERYTHING is pumpkin spice or pumpkin flavored (not that I'm complaining), they even have pumpkin spice wine!! :pumpkin:
