Today's weight: 182.6
Breakfast: 4 Yogurts, 2 Donuts.
Lunch: 1 Spicy Bite Hot Dog, 1 side of Potato Chips, 1 20 oz Cherry Coke..
Dinner: 1 Daves Double, 1 side of French Fries, 1 Large Dr. Pepper.
Snack: 5 Yogurts.
Miscellaneous: 1 Bottled Water
Estimated Calories: 3730
Exercise: 3.5 Hours of Walking.
Today is the year anniversary, I met my goal I wish I could say I'm still at my goal weight but I'm 2 lbs. over. I which I could get back down to 180.
