Breakfast: 4 Yogurts, 2 Poached Eggs, 2 pieces of Toast, 2 cups of Coffee.

Lunch: 1 Roast Beef/Turkey/Bacon w/Cheese BBQ sandwich, 1 side of Potato Chips, 1 Pickle.

Snack: 4 Yogurts.

Dinner: 1 Healthy Choice TV Dinner (Meatloaf).

Miscellaneous: 2 Bottled Waters, 2 Diet iced teas.

Estimated Calories: 2230

Exercise: 2.5 Hours of Walking.

Today was Labor Day so I only had to work a half day. I tried to cut down the calories since my weight is up though I probably could have made some better choices.

Breakfast: 5 Yogurts, 4 Packets of Oatmeal, 2 cups of Coffee.

Lunch: 1 Salad bar Salad (lettuce, cucumbers, onion, red peppers, a hard boiled egg, w/ Balsamic dressing), 1 side of Cole Slaw, 1 Fruit Cup all from Jason's Deli.

Snack: 2 Yogurts.

Dinner: 1 Healthy Choice TV Dinner (Country Fried Chicken).

Miscellaneous: 5 Bottled Waters.

Estimated Calories: 2030

Exercise: 3.6 Hours of Walking.

I wish my weight went down more I hope it goes down soon. Also I meant to post this yesterday but I forgot.

Snack: 1 piece of Pita Bread w/ Crab Dip.

Miscellaneous: 5 Bottled Waters, 3 glasses of Wine.

I went to a meetup (Wine Down Wednesday) so I ate a little more than I should. My weight's finally getting back down though I wish it would go down more!

Miscellaneous: 5 Bottled Waters, 3 glasses of Wine.

Miscellaneous: 1.5 Bottled Waters, 1 20 oz. Dr. pepper, 1 20 oz. Cherry Coke, 4 Rum and Diet Cokes, 1 Lemon Drop shot.

I ate more than I should, well at least I ate too much junk. I was feeling a little stuffed so I had some fresh fruit for dinner.

Dinner: 1 Double Whopper w/Cheese and Bacon, 1 Large French Fry, 1 Large Diet Dr. Pepper all from Burger King.

Miscellaneous: 1 Bottled Water, 1 20 oz. Sprite, 1 20 oz. Cherry Coke.

Again I overdid it. I'm going to have to curb these cheat days the idea was to have "half cheat days" not 2 whole cheat days. I'm going to try to limit myself to 3300 calories from now on.

Miscellaneous: 6 Bottled Waters.

I can't believe I gained so much today. I tried to not eat a lot to get my weight down. I tried walking but my dog didn't want to go out since it started the weather was crappy since we are starting to get the remnants of Irma.

Ugh I think I may be getting sick or at least having sinus problems. My throat felt scratchy and parched, no matter what I did and later it hurt. Probably walking my dog 2 hours in the rain didn't help things any. I hope I'm not getting sick.

Snack: 2 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 3 Bottled Waters, 3 Hot Teas.

I still felt like crap so I went to the Doctor and they said it was just allergies that apparently going around because the hurricanes are bringing germs and allergens up near me. I think this could be why my dog doesn't want to go outside. She'll want to go out and when I take her, she runs back inside.

I forgot to mention it yesterday but it's my 2 year anniversary! It was 2 years ago that I started posting and began my weight-loss journey!

Ugh my weight went up and to make things worse I found out I have to take a cut in pay do to business slowing down. It should be the other way around (less weight, more money)!
