Weight: 183.0

Breakfast: 4 Yogurts, 2 Poached Eggs, 2 pieces of Toast, 3 cups of Coffee.

Snack: 1 Yogurt, A few Crackers.

Lunch: 1 Mesa Chicken salad w/ Ranch dressing all from Jason's Deli.

Snack: 4 Yogurts.

Dinner: 1 Healthy Choice TV Dinner (Country Fried Chicken).

Snack: 2 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 6 Bottled Waters.

Estimated Calories: 2260

Exercise: 3.5 Hours of Walking.

My weight went up due to this weekend. I'm going to try to be more cautious next weekend.

Snack: 4 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 6 Bottled Waters.

Exercise: 3 Hours of Walking.

I felt like crap today, I think I may have gone through some Prednisone withdrawal. It could also may have been due to the rain.

Lunch: 1 Chicken Caesar Salad all from Jason's Deli.

Snack: A few Crackers.

Dinner: 1/4 piece of Rotisserie Chicken (white meat), 1 side of Mashed Potatoes, 1 side of Broccoli all from Arby's.

Snack: 4 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 6 Bottled Waters.

Estimated Calories: 2780

Exercise: 3 Hours of Walking.

I felt better today so I decided to do some shopping, since I was out I got Arby's.

Lunch: 1 Loaded Italian Sub, 1 side Salad all from Arby's.

Dinner: Chicken and Broccoli Stir-Fry, 2 Mini-Cornbread Muffins, 1 Moscow Mule all from Kona Grill.

Snack: 4 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 6 Bottled Waters.

Exercise: 3.25 Hours of Walking.

I went to a meetup for the first time in a a while, which was at the Kona Grill. It was pretty fun though the place was packed.

Lunch: 1/2 Rotisserie Chicken, 1 side of Mashed Potatoes, 1 side of Broccoli, 1 Zucchini Muffin all from Arby's.

Snack: 4 Yogurts.

Dinner: 1 Healthy Choice TV Dinner (Three Cheese Tortellini).

Snack: 4 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 6 Bottled Waters, 1 Rum and Diet Coke, 1 Bud Light, 2 Alagash White Ales.

Exercise: 2.5 Hours of Walking.

I ate a little more than I would have liked, also there was a big thunderstorm so my dog wouldn't go out until late. The cat that likes to follow us was hanging out by my apartment and meowing lol.

Lunch: 1 Smokey Pepper Jack Turkey sandwich, 1 side of Potato Chips all from McAlister's Deli.

Snack: 2 Yogurts.

Dinner: 1 Healthy Choice TV Dinner (Beef and Broccoli).

Miscellaneous: 1 20 oz. Pepsi, 6 Rum and Diet Cokes, 1 bottle of 2% Milk.

Estimated Calories: 3900

Exercise: 3.75 Hours of Walking.

I went a little crazy and ate too many doughnuts, other than that I did okay. I tried something different and McAlister's and ended up hating it so I didn't finish the sandwich. I got a lot of walking in since I was walking around trying to avoid Lyft's surge pricing.
 
I forgot to mention that the starting weight for Saturday may not be accurate b/c I ate some beforehand.

Lunch: 1/2 Italian Sub, 1 cup of Summer Corn Chowder, 1 Double Fudge Brownie, 2 cups of Coffee all from Panera Bread.

Snack: Various free Samples, 1 Medium cup of Ice Cream from Coldstone Creamery.

Dinner: 1 Double Bacon Cheeseburger, 1 side of Fries all from the Anchor Bar.

Miscellaneous: 1 20 oz. Cherry Coke, 1 Pint of DuClaw Lawn Dart Beer.

Exercise: 3.5 Hours of Walking.

I ate a lot more than I was planning mainly due to the burger which was huuuge. I probably shouldn't have ate the brownie, but I was meeting someone from Match.com and I was a bit nervous. Also I shouldn't have had the beer especially since I was still a bit hungover. Hair of the dog I guess lol.

Dinner: 1 Healthy Choice TV Dinner (Meatball Marinara).

Snack: 2 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 6 Bottled Waters.

My weight went up b/c of Sunday and I tried to not eat as much but I ate more than I would have liked. After lunch I was excited that I got to watch the eclipse!

I had to got to my rental office so I broke down and had some cookies and candy. Maybe I need to stop going to the rental office, of course I onyl go there to pick up packages so maybe I need to stop ordering stuff online lol.
