It sounds nice. I can't access that photo, for some reason, but salads are good. We don't usually have fruit in our salads, with exception of apple sometimes.

I was good! I've never put fruit in my salads until recently.

Lunch: 6 pieces of Garlic Bread, 3 slices of Pepperoni Pizza, 1 slice of Honey BBQ Chicken pizza, 1 slice of Bacon Stuffed Crust, 1 slice of Pepperoni Stuffed Crust, 2 slices of Dessert Pizza all from Cici's Pizza.

Dinner: 1 Spice Bite Hot Dog, 1 Bag of BBQ chips, 1 20 oz. Dr. Pepper all from 7-11

Miscellaneous: 1 Iced Latte.

Today was cheat day and I decided to go to Cici's. I actually did good and kept by my rules.

I tried to eat less since my weight went up. I was craving meat so I had the sub lol.

My weight went down drastically which was surprising. I was a little concerned so I ate more than usual to see if I gain any weight or if it drops some more.

Well at least my weight went up a little I ate more today in hopes it will go up at least a little more.

I've decided to try something new and split up my cheat day into 2 semi-cheat days so I won't gain so much weight at the beginning of the week.

A kind of dreary day, it rained most of the day so I didn't get a lot of walking in. Actually I guess I could have, Misty kept waking me up wanting to go out then I'd take her out and then she'd run right back in because of the rain. Finally she went out at 2 am so we walked for about an hour.

I should probably be a little wary of how much I'm eating. I went to the Dr. recently because of a cough and I was worried I may have Bronchitis again. Luckily she said it probably wasn't Bronchitis, just allergies and prescribed some Prednisone, which can cause you be hungry and cause weight gain.

I ate more than I should have, mainly due to the extra doughnut and the Tiramisu. I went out to eat with some family that was in town and we went to a nice restaurant.

I'm kind of pissed at myself because I ate waayy too much this weekend, The idea was to have 2 half-cheat days I basically did 2 cheat days. Though to be honest I think part of the blame was the fact I was taking Prednisone which can make you hungrier. Luckily, I'm finished with it for now!
