Breakfast: 2 Yogurts, 2 Poached Eggs, 2 pieces of Toast, 2 Packets of Oatmeal, 2 cups of Coffee.

Lunch: 1 Salad from the Salad bar at Martin's.

Snack: A few crackers, 1 slice of Cake, 2 Yogurts.

Dinner: 1 Healthy Choice Steamer's TV Dinner (Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo).

Miscellaneous: 6 Bottled Waters, 1 Devils Backbone Vienna Lager, 1 Hardywood.

Estimated Calories: 2550

Exercise: 3.5 Hours of Walking.

Unfortunately, I broke down and had a slice of cake. Also I went somewhere different and got a salad there and I think it got me a little sick since my stomach was bothering me a little, the rest of the day. I'm not sure if it's the lettuce or the imitation crab meat.

Dinner: 1 Bacon Double Cheeseburger, 1 side of Fries, 1 Dr. Pepper all from Five Guys.

Miscellaneous: 2 20 oz. Cherry Cokes, 1 20 oz. Sprite.

Holy Crap., this is bad even for a cheat day. I'm never going to let it go THIS much again! I'm going to rethink cheat days from now on!

Snack: 2 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters.

Yikes! I'm paying for yesterday in terms of weight gain and of course it happens on day 666!
 
I've been thinking of my cheat days and I decided to establish some ground rules which I hate to do but it seems like it's necessary.

New Cheat Day Rules

1. No more than 4500 calories.
2. I can have pizza or burgers not both.
3. No more than two different types of sweets.
4. No more than 3 doughnuts.
5. No more than 3 sodas.
6. If I have something "cheat-y" during the week I have the offset it on the cheat day (IE: if I eat a 400 calorie cookie during the week then I have to subtract 400 calories on Sunday).
 
Good thinking Matt! The yo-yo thing isn't good for our brains. Feeling in control is much better :)

Well my weight went down which is a good thing, though not as much as I would have liked. I ate a little more and walked a little less. It looks like I may be walking less this week since there is a heat advisory this week (It might get up to 105 degrees F or 40.6 C!). I'm also thinking about joining a gym, my apartment complex has a gym but it's kind of pathetic lol, though truth be told the money is kind of tight since I bought the car and I don't want to sign any contracts or anything.

Yes it is, I felt like crap Sunday also afterward I felt weird in the morning and in the evening my stomach hurt!

Another drop which is a good thing. I felt like crap today I think the heat got to me (it was over 100 degrees today!), also b/c of the heat I walked less.

Dinner: 1 Healthy Choice TV Dinner (Beef Teriyaki).

Snack: 2 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 6 Bottled Waters.

Estimated Calories: 2710

Exercise: 3 Hours of Walking.

My weight dropped more which is good, though I ate a little too much. It's still hot out but it was a little cooler so I did a little more walking. Since I had some mini candy bars (about 150 calories total) I have to subtract it from Sunday (so no more than 4350 calories).
 
Are you feeling a bit better too Matt? Was it just the heat do you think? I'm glad it never gets that hot here. I can see snow on the mountains from here today. We had a good frost & it's a lovely, sunny day. I'll send you some cool air. Woosh!

A better, less hot, day though I had a cookie (I have to take off 150 calories for Sunday which brings it down to 4200 calories).

Yeah I am feeling better and I'm pretty sure it was the heat, it affected my dad also. I feel sorry for my dog since I have to take her on shorter walks b/c of the heat and every time I try to bring her in she wants to stay out and starts whining! The closest mountains to where I am is a 2 hour drive. I wish there was frost! BTW thanks for the cool air lol, send some more!

Miscellaneous: 4 Glasses of Water, 3 Rum and Diet Cokes, 3 Diet iced Teas.

I bought 2 Cinnamon Roll in anticipation for Sunday and unfortunately broke down and ate one today which brings Sundays allotted calorie count to 3800.

Dinner: 1 Tavern Double Burger, 2 sides of French Fries all from Red Robin.

Miscellaneous: 2 Glasses of Water, 2 Diet Iced Teas, 1 can of Dr. Pepper.

Today was obviously a cheat day and the first since I put forth my new cheat days rules. Unfortunately I went over by 450 calories, mainly due to the extra helping of fries. Though I wouldn't have gone over if I didn't eat that Cinnamon Roll on Saturday.

I've been feeling like crap lately and I went to Patient First and it seems I either got Bronchitis again or it never really went away which really annoyed me. I wanted to go to a meetup but had to cancel. Also my weight went up but only by 2 lbs.

I still feel crappy, the Bronchitis is getting better I think, though the side effects of the medication are killing me. I guess what they say is true about the cure being worse than the disease! To top it all off the dog has a case of the runs so there's sickness all around! Ugh.
