Since I'm working less on the weekends and going out more, I have to be a bit more mindful about being tempted to eat junk food. It's one thing if its on a cheat day but on Saturday is something else.

Today was a cheat day I think I did a little less horrible than before. I have been walking less because it's so hot also. However because I've been out so much my legs are covered in bug bites ugh.

My weight went up b/c of Sunday so I ate less. I also got more walking in.

Misty seems to be much better Matt as you are walking for hours again. Have you done any cooking lately or been to any more meetups?

Shes seems much better! Her balance is a lot better and she's not falling down. She's doing better on the stairs and doesn't have a problem jumping on the bed! Unfortunately I haven't been cooking lately, and the last meetup I went to was the one on May 31. I'm going to one on July 5 though.

Since it was a holiday I had the day off. I went to the mall and did quite a bit of walking, and I slipped up and went to Cold Stone Creamery. It ended up being a crappy day because my car overheated after having it less than a month! Luckily Carmax said they would tow and repair it and not charge me plus I got a loaner car. The whole thing gave me a headache though!

Dinner: 1 Salmon Fillet, 1 side of Mashed Potatoes and Asparagus.

Miscellaneous: 5 Bottled Waters, 1 Glass of Wine, 1 Glass of Miller Lite.

Today I had to get up early to see about my car (It's still being worked on) and get a loaner car. I also went to a meetup which was fun. It was a restaurant were they had free wine tasting. I was going to get another glass of wine and the I looked at the prices lol and figured I'd get a beer instead (the cheapest wine they had was $14.50 per glass vs. a $3.00 Miller Lite). I was able to resist temptation and not have any of the pizza people were having (They had a special on pizza).

I decided to switch things up and try the salad bar at Jason's. It was good but waaayyy to spicy (I tried the Jalapeno Ranch dressing). At least I got my car back.

Thanks! It was hard to do the place I went to is kind of expensive, the pizza is probably a lot better than Cici's!
