Breakfast: 2 Poached Eggs, 4 Yogurts, 2 Packets of Oatmeal, 2 pieces of Toast, 3 cups of Coffee.

Lunch: 1 Yogurt, 1 Hard-Boiled Egg, 1 Apple, 1 cup of Salad, 1 Ham/Pepperoni/Salami w/Cheese Sandwich.

Snack: A few Crackers, Various Free Samples

Dinner: 1 Healthy Choice TV Dinner (Country Fried Chicken).

Miscellaneous: 5 Bottled Waters, 1 glass of Diet Iced Tea.

Estimated Calories: 2810

Exercise: 3.67 Hours of Walking.

Breakfast: 2 Poached Eggs, 2 Yogurts, 2 Packets of Oatmeal, 2 pieces of Toast, 3 cups of Coffee.

Lunch: 1 Santa Fe Chicken sandwich, 1 bag of Potato Chips all from Jason's Deli.

Snack: 4 Yogurts.

Dinner: 2 pieces of BBQ chicken, 1 can of Spinach.

Miscellaneous: 5 Bottled Waters, 3 Rum and Diet Cokes.

Estimated Calories: 2730

Exercise: 3.6 Hours of Walking.

I went to a Meetup today I wasn't sure if I should put Salsa dancing under exercise, since I barely did it and I kind of sucked.
 
Salsa dancing!!!! You really know how to charm a girl - first you lure me with enormous step counts and then you go to salsa...

Don't worry if you do not get the idea at first - it is such a lovely hobby that I promise you it is worth pursuing... Just remember that everyone in the room has been a beginner and they have probably been dancing for years.

It goes without saying - but you are doing really well at maintenance. Well done!

Snack: 1 Kit-Kat Bar, 2 pieces of Lindt Chocolate.

Exercise: 3.5 Hours of Walking.

I broke down and ate some candy today, I didn't go too crazy but still.

LOL! Don't you know it! Maybe I can practice while walking, I think my dog will make a great dance partner!
 
All salsa ever is is walking to music - walk 6 steps L,R,L, pause, R,L,R pause, repeat... Just like walking...

Miscellaneous: 5 Bottled Waters, 3 Rum and Diet Cokes.

First of all congrats on your weight loss journey. Just curious, is this a joke or just a cheat day? I haven't read through your thread so I'm not sure if you are a jokester or not xD. Because in all seriousness, that's a lot of trash to eat haha.
