Lunch: 1 Yogurt, 1 Cup of Soup, 1 Hard-Boiled Egg, 1 cup of Salad, 1 Roast Beef/Bacon and Cheese Sandwich.
Snack: A few free samples, 3 Yogurts.
Dinner: 1 piece of Steak, 2 side of Mashed Cauliflower, 1 side of Spinach.
Snack: 5 Yogurts.
Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters.

Exercise: 3.5 Hours of Walking.
I had the last of the steak, though barely since most of it was fat, I ended up spitting out most of it. It was also a yucky, rainy day.
