Lunch: 1 Sandwich w/Ham, Pepperoni, Salami, Provolone on Sourdough, 1 Side Salad w/Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, 1 Banana.

Dinner: Dinner: 1 Marie Callender's Bowls TV Dinner (Sesame Chicken).

Snack: 4 Pieces of Toast.

Miscellaneous: 2 cups of Water.

Lunch: 1 Four Piece Chicken Meal w/1 side of Mashed Potatoes, 1 side of Cole Slaw, 1 Biscuit, 1 Small Diet Pepsi, all from KFC.

Dinner: 1 Marie Callender's Bowls TV Dinner (Rigatoni Bolognese).

Snack: 1 Banana

Miscellaneous: 3 Bottled Waters, 1 cup of Hot Chocolate.

Exercise: 3 hours of Walking.

I didn't do well today, as you can see I had KFC for lunch. Also I switched medications so I felt sluggish most of the day. I had the hot chocolate so I could get some caffeine.

You can do alright on calories at KFC if you get the grilled chicken or remove the skin from the fried chicken.

I did better calorie-wise but I didn't do enough walking.
