Hi, Matt. Your walking is really good and consistent - is it through interesting places? Though I guess all places are interesting, one way or another. :)

It's pretty much the same places, around my apartment complex then through the bike trails at a neighboring neighborhood, then a field which is next to a church, then a local YMCA, then through a neighboring subdivision.

Breakfast: 2 Bagels, 2 Fried Eggs, 4 Pieces of Bacon, 2 cups of Coffee.

Lunch/Dinner 1 Pita w/Braised Lamb, Hummus and Lemon Tahini all from Cava.

Snack: 8 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters.

Estimated Calories: 3000

Exercise: 2 hours of Walking.

I ate too much yogurt, and fell asleep, so I didn't get much walking done.

Lunch: 1 Salad w/Chicken and Ranch, 1 apple, 2 Yogurts, 1 Bowl of Clam Chowder Soup.

Dinner: 1 Marie Callender's TV Dinner ( Steak and Roasted Potatoes).

Snack: 5 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters.

Estimated Calories: 2850

Exercise: 3.5 hours of Walking.

I did okay today but ate too much yogurt. I barely got any sleep because Misty kept pacing around and then wanted to go out. Also sorry about the late posts, I tried posting yesterday, but the site was down.

Exercise: 2 hours of Walking.

I did okay, I was going to get Panera for lunch, but it was real busy so I went to Wawa instead. I skipped dinner because my stomach was hurting last night.
 
Wasn’t it weird?
We had 3 dogs in the house last night & got very little sleep!

It was! It sucks because it happens on the days where I have to work the longest (10 hour days!), so I worry about being tired at work.

I went a little nuts today, mainly because I was in a celebratory mood.

I think you are gaining a bit of weight, am I right? Are you thinking of a plan to do something about it?

Lunch/Dinner: 1 Bowl w/ Pilaf, Hummus, Tahini Sauce and Steak Shawarma, 1 piece of Baklava 1 cup of Tea all from Mezeh.

Snack: 1 Ice Cream cup,1 Chocolate Chip Cookie.

Miscellaneous: 1 cup of milk, 2 Large cans of Pepsi.

Yeah unfortunately, I don't know. I think this past year in a half with my seizure and not being able to drive, COVID and losing my job, and getting my new job has thrown off my routine.

Hi Matt! At first I was like YIKES thats alot of calories but then I saw your exercise and I'm impressed! Great job on the weight loss too!!!

I did a lot better today, sorry about the delay getting these out, when I work 10.5 hour days and then have to come home and clean up after Misty and then take her for a walk, I usually just fall asleep.

Snack: A few pieces of Sliced Cucumber, A few Grapes, 1 side of Garlic Hummus.

I went shopping on Saturday, and I decided to try to stay away from yogurt, since the kind I've been eating has a lot of calories. I got some more fruit and hummus.
