Breakfast: 2 Fried Eggs, 2 Pieces of Toast, 7 Strips of Bacon, 4 Pancakes w/Syrup and Butter, 2 cups of Coffee.

Lunch: 1 Braised Lamb Pita; 2 Chocolate Blondies all from Cava.

Dinner: A1 Plate of Sushi

Miscellaneous: 2 Bottles of Water, 1 Can of Pepsi.

Estimated Calories: 2510

Exercise: 1.5 hours of Walking.

It was my day off and I did a lot of errands. I should have walked more but I fell asleep.

My weight went up which I'm not happy about, at least I ate a little less today.

Lunch/Dinner: 1 Large Plate ( Orange Chicken, Beijing Beef, Honey Walnut Shrimp), 1 side of Chow Mein, all from Panda Express.

Snack: 4 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 3 Bottled Waters.

Kind of a busy, hectic day at work. I was the only one here so I got Doordash. I wanted Panera but it said I was too far away ( I just found out the one near me is temporarily closed, I hope not due to COVID).
 
I love the broccoli beef + super greens from Panda because it is fairly filling and only 240 calories for the bowl and 390 calories for the plate.

Lunch/Dinner: 1/4 Chicken Platter (Includes 1 side of Mashed Potatoes, 1 side of Broccoli, 1 Zucchini Roll), 1 Cookie all from Arby's.

Snack: 2 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 3 Bottled Waters.

I did better calorie-wise, though I would have liked to walk more but it was raining.

I ate quite a bit today, and I've been eating more which is worrying. I'm wondering if the medication wasn't affecting my appetite it's just me getting hungrier and eating more. I've heard that if you lose weight your body will try to get that weight back by getting you to eat more.
