Hey Matt, I may be wrong, but it appears to me your weight is creeping up a bit lately. You are still doing a lot of walking, can you figure a way to reduce your calories a little? Not judging, just observing.

How's the new job treating you?

It's actually gone down a bit, I think working again will help me get back to my routine. BTW, I saw your latest pic, you're looking good, Rob!

Oh, Matt! I've been away for a bit, and I come back, and I can see that the unwise eating has been catching up with you. :( Though you're a pound or two down this last few days? May it keep up!
Sending you all good wishes, and urging you to really ditch the fizzy drinks ("soft drinks" we call them in Australia) and pre-made food from commercial outlets. Honestly, honestly, fresh is best.

I didn't do well today. I had to work every other Saturday so I stopped by McDonalds and had to wait for my coffee, and wait so I just left because I didn't want to be late. Unfortunately because I didn't have my morning coffee ( and also because I didn't get enough sleep), I was miserable the rest of the day and had a headache.

I did okay, until dinner time. I had a light breakfast because none of my appliances were working because the outlets weren't working.
