Breakfast: 4 Bowls of Cereal, 3 Yogurts, 4 cups of Coffee.

Lunch: 1 small Salad w/Chicken and Ranch Dressing, 1 Bowl of Chicken and Dumpling Soup.

Snack: 2 Yogurts.

Dinner: 1 Marie Callender's Bowls meals (Lasagna).

Snack: 4 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 3 Bottled Waters.

Estimated Calories: 3200

Exercise: 3 hours of Walking.

Breakfast: 1 Traditional Breakfast (2 Eggs Sunny-side Up, 1 side of Potatoes, 4 pieces of Bacon, 2 pieces of Toast), 1 Belgian Waffle all from First Watch, 2 cups of Coffee.

Lunch/Dinner: 1 12 Piece Chicken Nugget Combo, w/Waffle Fries and 1 Cherry Coke all from Chic-Fil-A.

Snack: 1 Slice of Cake, 2 cups of Coffee.

Miscellaneous: 3 Bottled Waters, 1 Can of Pepsi, 1 20 oz. Dr. Pepper.

Estimated Calories: 4200

Exercise: 2.67 hours of Walking.

Miscellaneous: 3 Bottled Waters, 1 32 oz. Dr. Pepper, 1 20 oz. Dr. Pepper.

Estimated Calories: 3850

Lunch/Dinner: 1/2 Rotisserie Chicken Platter (1 side of Mashed Potatoes, 1 side of Steamed Broccoli, 1 Zucchini Muffin), 1 Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookie all from Arby's

Snack: 2 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 3 Bottled Waters.

Estimated Calories: 3000

Exercise: 2.25 hours of Walking.

I ate a little too much, I miscalculated the calorie amount plus I ate a Cookie which I should have avoided.
 
Miscalculating calories now and then is not a big deal, it happens to us all. You are very diligent in counting and reporting, that is what matters. I am sure it helps you. I avoid all cookies, no nutritional value there!
 
Apologies if I'm not remembering correctly, but I believe you had said a lack of a normal routine was causing some problems. I think this was due to the covid-19 lockdown. Has your situation changed at all?

I agree with alligatorob about the miscalculating. You are doing a really good job at posting on a regular basis. You're a great example for other posters seeking weight loss.

Snack: 3 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 3 Bottled Waters.

Estimated Calories: 2600

Exercise: 4.25 hours of Walking.

I ate a little too much, but it wasn't too bad because I did a lot of walking.

Yes I'm not working, plus I can't go out and do anything fun like I usually do. Also my dog wants to walk less, though I've been trying to walk by myself more.

I forgot to mention another thing that has changed is that I've been on this medication for the last past year. It will make me tired and I think it effects my appetite; I think it will make me want to eat more.

Snack: 1 Banana, 2 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 3 Bottled Waters.

Estimated Calories: 2750

Exercise: 3 hours of Walking.

12 pm Dinner
No food after 1pm
Until breakfast the next day.
Do Some type of Cardio at evening 5 or 6 pm for one hour.
Or walk for a hour ...
But don't eat after 1pm daily.

you have not even read the read progress in this diary, and have attempted to spam identical post across multiple threads, I would suggest you start to get to know the members here rather than just posting the same post everywhere.

I'm sorry to hear that this medication may be causing you to have a higher appetite. If that's the cause, try to focus on eating healthy foods of course. But you sure do walk a lot and that is great.

Snack: 2 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 3 Bottled Waters, 1 cup of Milk.

Estimated Calories: 2650

Exercise: 1.5 hours of Walking.

I ate a little less, but I didn't so as much walking. I can't wait till the weather cools down so I can walk more during the day!
