Bottled water shouldn't have a taste. Does your tap water have a chemical taste? I hate all the plastic waste with bottled water. If you chill tap water you may like it more.
I have a dog now & am walking a lot more. He loves a walk, but especially when I drive into town & walk him around the river path. Life is better with a dog.

Today's Weight: 236.4

Breakfast: 5 Bowls of Cereal, 1 cup of Coffee.

Lunch/Dinner: 1 Plate of Spaghetti w/Meat Sauce, 1 Salad w/Ranch Dressing, 2 pieces of Garlic Bread, 1 slice of Cheesecake.

Miscellaneous: 3 Bottled Waters, 1 20 oz. Cherry Coke.

Estimated Calories: 2750

Exercise: 2.75 hours of Walking.

I was a little disappointed that my weight went up, I might have to eat less or make sure to walk more.

Not really, I'll try chilling it. Life is definitely better with a dog!
 
Save your empty bottles & fill them from the tap & keep a few in the fridge. That's what I do. When I have visitors (family) I always have clean water bottles handy for them. If you have the occasional Gatorade their bottles are good.

Lunch/Dinner: 1 Big Bacon Classic Double, 1 Large order of Fries,1/2 of a Large of Dr. Pepper.

Snack: 1 Large Cupcake, 1 Apple.

Miscellaneous: 2 Bottled Waters, 1 20 oz. Cherry Coke.

Estimated Calories: 4600

Exercise: 4 hours of Walking.

I honestly wasn't planning on going as overboard as I did. I think it was because I was disappointed that my weight went up on Friday.
 
Oh, ouch! What is it with our brains? Have a good week Matt & stay off the scales for at least a few days is my recommendation.

I did more walking which was good, though I ate more. I did some cleaning which I should do more, but I hate doing lol. What was worse was after I vacuumed including going over with a carpet cleaner, Misty pooped all over the floor. :confused:

I did okay today, at least my weight went down. I think power walking helps, I'm going to make sure to walk more by myself when Misty doesn't want to walk.

I ate a little too much today, I got to be careful since I'm getting back into the habit of eating while bored which is easy to do these days.

My weight went up unfortunately, I was doing good at the start but I screwed it up by eating too much. I'm going to try to eat less high calories items like bagels and Dinners that have a lot of calories.
