Lunch: 1 Fruit and Nut Salad, 1 Italian Sandwich.
Dinner: 1 Marie Callender's Bowl ( Macaroni w/Shrimp).
Snack: 2 Yogurts.
Miscellaneous: 3 Bottled Waters.
