Goal 7A: In Progress...

Today's Weight: 234.2

Breakfast: 4 Packets of Oatmeal, 3 Yogurts, 2 Cups of Milk, 4 cups of Coffee.

Lunch:1 Bowl of Watermelon, 1 Buffalo Chicken Wrap.

Snack: 4 Yogurts.

Dinner: 1 Piece of Salmon, 1 side of Roasted Potatoes.

Miscellaneous: 2 Bottled Waters.

Estimated Calories: 3150

Exercise: 3 hours of Walking.

I ate a little too much today, mainly I think it was the yogurt. I did do more walking though which was good.

Exercise: 2.5 hours of Walking.

I ate a little too much today, and I really shouldn't have had the cookie.

Exercise: 3.67 hours of Walking.

I had a large breakfast so I decided to have something light for Lunch/Dinner. I also finally got a haircut because this COVID hair was getting annoying (I haven't had a haircut in almost 4 months).

Exercise: 3.33 hours of Walking.

I did pretty good for a Sunday, except for the soda and the Hot dog. I tried not to eat too much so I wouldn't get sick. One thing I've noticed is I've been craving lighter types of meat (chicken and seafood) and fruit. I don't know if it's because of the warm weather or what.
 
I ate a little too much, and I wanted to walk more, but it's raining all week. I tried walking anyway but after 30 minutes I was soaking wet.

I like that you tried waking despite the rain. That shows dedication. You're not a wimp. 30 minutes is good.

It might be good to think about getting a treadmill one day, too.

Exercise: 3.33 hours of Walking.

Thanks! I'm not a fan of treadmills lol, I like to go outside and look at the scenery.

I live where it snows a lot in the winter, so I use on in the winter but I prefer being outside, too. Some people run on the ice, but I don't want to risk it.

Exercise: 2.5 hours of Walking.

I was disappointed my weight went up, I think I'm going to try to get on a eating schedule again to see if that helps.

Lunch: 1 Salad w/Salmon and Anchovies, 1 Banana.

Snack: 2 Yogurts, 3 Bowls of Cereal.

Dinner: 1 Marie Callender's Bowls TV Dinner (Four Cheese Ravioli).

Snack: 2 Yogurts, 2 cups of Coffee.

Miscellaneous: 2 Bottled Waters.

Estimated Calories: 2600

Exercise: 3.25 hours of Walking.
 
I noticed you're having quite a few yoghurts a day (6 or 7 the last few days) have you had a look to see if that's adding up to quite a few calories/sugar?

I don't think it is TBH. Most of the Yogurts are 70-80 calories per container. There are a few that are 130-140 per container.

Hi, Matt. You don't seem to drink much water. Is your tap water undrinkable? How's Misty doing? Has the warmer weather helped with her walking?

It's drinkable, but I like the taste of bottled water better. I'm trying to drink more water. Misty doing a little better, I've been giving her Cosequin, a supplement for joints and muscles and that seems to be helping. Honestly, I don't think Misty likes the heat too much. She always seems to be more active in the fall/winter.
