Snack: 2 Yogurts.

Lunch: 1 Piece of Blackened Chicken, 1 side Salad w/Ranch Dressing.

Dinner: 1 Plate of Lasagna

Snack: 4 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 2.5 Bottled Waters.

Estimated Calories: 2800

Lunch/Dinner: 1 12 Piece Chicken Nugget Meal (w/Large Waffle Fries and 1 Large Cherry Coke.), all from Chick-Fil-A.

Snack: 4 Cupcake.

Miscellaneous: 2.5 Bottled Waters, 1 20 oz. Cherry Coke.

I ate a little too much today, and I'm really going to have to watch what I eat. I'm going to try to get back into my routine again of eating lower calorie meals even if it's TV Dinners and walking more. It's hard because I'm still on medication that makes me tired at times and of course since COVID there's really nothing to do and there's more of a temptation to eat.

I ate a little too much yogurt today. Also I fell asleep until late, but luckily I was able to get up and walk. I also decided to redecorate my apartment I put up some of my paintings and took down some old photographs.

I was disappointed my weight went up, but other than that a pretty good day. I had to walk most of the day by myself and at night because it's so hot.
 
Hey Matt, it doesn't look to me like your weight has really gone up. I know my weight can vary up and down 2 or 3 pounds quite easily, yours looks pretty consistent. And you should win some kind of prize for the consistency of your posting! Good to have you here.
 
I think it would be good to give up the cupcakes and cookies completely. I think when you have very overweight, I think you have to give that up for the rest of your life.

Hey Matt, it doesn't look to me like your weight has really gone up. I know my weight can vary up and down 2 or 3 pounds quite easily, yours looks pretty consistent. And you should win some kind of prize for the consistency of your posting! Good to have you here.

It's gone up but slowly. I want to lose the weight I've gained and get back down to 180-190. Thanks! Yes preferably a large monetary prize!! :rotflmao:

I did okay, except for the Muffin. I'm kind of worried because my unemployment is screwed up. I got less than I usually get last week and this week I haven't got anything.
