Breakfast: 1 Danish, 3 Doughnuts, 1 cup of Coffee all from Wawa.

Lunch/Dinner: 3 Slices of Pizza, 1 side order of French Fries, 1 slice of Cheesecake.

Snack: 1 Orange, 1 cup of Coffee.

Miscellaneous: 1 20 oz. Dr. Pepper.

Estimated Calories: 3400

Exercise: 4.75 hours of Walking.

Breakfast: 2 Poached Eggs, 1 Pieces of Toast, 4 Yogurts, 2 Packets of Oatmeal, 4 cups of Coffee.

Lunch/Dinner: 1 Lamb Nacho Bowl from Cava.

Snack: 4 Yogurts, 1 Orange.

Miscellaneous: 1 Bottled Water.

I did pretty good today, though this quarantine has messed up my schedule a lot. I tend to eat a lot later than normal.

Lunch/Dinner: 1 Garden Salad, 1 side of Seafood Salad, 1 Bowl of Baked Spaghetti, 1 Glass of Milk.

Miscellaneous: 2 Bottled Waters.

Exercise: 3.75 hours of Walking.

I ate a little too much today and had some ice cream which I'm not proud of. I can't wait until it actually gets hot. It's been a cold May which normally I wouldn't mind that much but I want it to get hot, so maybe it will kill COVID-19.

Dinner: 1 piece of Rockfish, 1 side of Risotto, 4 pieces of Toast, 1 Cocktail.

Miscellaneous: 2.5 Bottled Waters.

Exercise: 3 hours of Walking.

I decided to splurge a bit an get take out from this restaurant. I made the mistake of getting a to-go cocktail, which messed up my stomach a bit since it's been a while since I've had any alcoholic beverages.
 
Sorry about the cocktail messing you up - to-go cocktails don't sound as much fun as one brought to you at a cocktail bar anyway, IMO.

Lunch: 1 Bowl of Watermelon, 1 Bowl of Mixed Fruit.

Snack: 2 Cupcakes.

Dinner: 1 piece of Salmon, 1 side of Roast potatoes, 1 side of Asparagus.

Snack: 2 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 2 Bottled Waters, 1 Bottle of Ginger Ale.

Estimated Calories: 2450

Exercise: 2.75 hours of Walking.

I did better today except for the cupcakes. I still felt kind of lousy I think I had acid reflux, which I believe I had earlier in the week. Also oddly enough I had a craving for cold food most of the day which helps. I got some Ginger Ale because that usually helps me when I feel awful.

Miscellaneous: 1 Bottled Water, 1 Bottle of Dr. Pepper, 1 Glass of Milk.

I did pretty good today. I tried to mind what I ate a little bit more since my stomach was bothering me the other day, though I did slip up and have some soda.

Lunch: 1 Doughnut, 2 1/4 Hot Dogs all from Wawa.

Dinner: Salmon, 1 side of Duchess Potato Casserole, 1 side of Cole Slaw, 1 slice of Carrot Cake.

Miscellaneous: 1 Bottled Water, 1 Bottle of Dr. Pepper, 1 Glass of Milk.

I did pretty good today, I think I can live off of watermelon and seafood unfortunately it can get a little expensive. I decided to try something new and get some Brussels sprouts but it ended up being gross and I had to through them away. I need to start drinking more water also.

I did okay though I wished I could have walked some more. The weather has sucked and it has rained most of the week.

I did better than usual, except for the sweet stuff. I successfully avoided fast food which is good, now I just have to avoid cake and ice cream!
