Breakfast: 2 Blueberry Danishes, 1 Sweet Cheese Croissant, 1 Blueberry Muffin, all from Wawa; 2 cups of Coffee.

Lunch: 1 Box of Sushi from Kroger.

Snack: 4 small Cupcakes.

Dinner: 3 Chicken Tenders, 1 side of Steak Fries.

Miscellaneous: 2 Bottled Waters, 2 Bottles of Dr. Pepper

Exercise: 3 hours of Walking.

Wow I definitely did not do good today. I ate too much which caused me to have a stomach ache for the rest of the day serves me right I guess.

I did a little bit better today. I'm getting sick of being in quarantine. I don't think I'll be able to take being stuck inside for the next 6 months-2 years without going nuts!

I ate a quite a bit unfortunately, though at least I ate more fruit and veggies. I tried making a seafood salad, but the see food I added had real strong competing flavors which made it taste weird. I wanted to walk more but it started raining real bad when I started walking.

My weight went up which I'm not happy about, at least I did a lot of walking today.

I did pretty good today, though I would have like to have walked some more. Poor Misty is having trouble going down the stairs. Unfortunately I live on the second floor of my apartment.
 
Sorry about Misty, but that does happen with older dogs. If it's arthritis there are some things the vet could prescribe to help. We had an old coonhound and had to find a support harness so we could help her up and down the stairs.

Thanks! Yeah I think it's arthritis, she's had it for a while now. I got a harness for her, but she won't wear it. Hounds are the best aren't they?
