Dinner: 1 Marie Callender's TV Dinner (Grilled Alfredo Bake).
Miscellaneous: 42 Bottled Waters.

Exercise: 4 hours of Walking.
Matt, I see you drinking lots more soda, eating more sweet stuff, more junk food & still hardly any veggies or fruit. Please start eating more healthily. Here's your perfect chance to learn to cook. You have the time.I did a little bit better today.
Sorry about Misty, but that does happen with older dogs. If it's arthritis there are some things the vet could prescribe to help. We had an old coonhound and had to find a support harness so we could help her up and down the stairs.
