Goal 7A: In Progress...

Today's Weight: 227.0

Breakfast: 2 Poached Eggs, 6 Packets of Oatmeal, 4 cups of Coffee.

Lunch: 1 Salad w/Salmon and Catalina Dressing, 1 Can of Vegetable Soup, A few Crackers.

Dinner: 1 Bowl of Spaghetti and Meat Sauce.

Snack: 2 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters.

Estimated Calories: 2500

Exercise: 2.5 hour of Walking.

Ugh, I fell asleep again. At least I did some walking in the morning. I might try doing the bulk of walking in the morning and afternoon in case I fall asleep.
 
These are exhausting times. Extra sleep can only be a good thing!

Yes they are! Yeah If I'm not doing anything else, might as well sleep!

Dinner: 1/4 Chicken Platter, w/1 side of Mashed Potatoes, 1 side of Broccoli, 1 Zucchini Muffin, all from Arby's.

Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters.

Estimated Calories: 3100

Exercise: 2.33 hour of Walking.

Breakfast: 1 Bacon, Egg and Cheese Biscuit, 1 Sausage, Egg and Cheese McMuffin, 2 Hashbrowns all from McDonald's; 3 cups of Coffee.

Lunch/Dinner: Firecracker Shrimp, Orange Chicken, 1 side of Chow Mein, 1 Large Dr. Pepper all from Panda Express.

Snack: 1 slice of Carrot Cake, 1 Chocolate Chip Cookie, 1 Blueberry Danish.

Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters, 1 20 oz. Dr. Pepper.

Estimated Calories: 4300

Exercise: 3.5 hour of Walking.

Ugh I can't believe I ate so much today.

Lunch/Dinner: 1 Big Bacon Classic Double, 1 Large order of French Fries, 1 Large Dr. Pepper all from Wendy's.

Miscellaneous: 1 20 oz. Cherry Coke.

Estimated Calories: 3750

Exercise: 5 hours of Walking.

I ate too much again, well not as much as yesterday at least.

Dinner:1 Marie Callender's TV Dinner (Slow Roasted Beef).

Snack: 2 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 1 20 oz. Cherry Coke.

Estimated Calories: 2700

Exercise: 4 hours of Walking.

Kind of a Crap nasty day. It rained all day, plus I had trouble filing my unemployment claim. Luckily I finally was able to file it.
 
Oh I think instead of trying to try to eat better, I think I'm going to embrace Breatharianism and just not eat at all. Oh yeah...what day is this again?!? :biggrinjester::biggrinjester::biggrinjester:

Dinner:1 Marie Callender's TV Dinner (Grilled Chicken Alfredo Bake).

Snack: 4 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters.

Estimated Calories: 2550

Exercise: 3.5 hours of Walking.

Another bad day, I got a letter that said my unemployment claim was denied. I tried calling the office but of course I couldn't through. The VA Unemployment Commission is the worst!

I didn't do that great today, def need to avoid eating out and eating sweets.
 
Hey Matt, I hope you get the unemployment thing fixed. There are lots of generous appearing unemployment programs right now, surely you fit into one of them. Keep trying. Can you do most of it online? I am sure the offices are short staffed.

Hey Matt, I hope you get the unemployment thing fixed. There are lots of generous appearing unemployment programs right now, surely you fit into one of them. Keep trying. Can you do most of it online? I am sure the offices are short staffed.

Thanks. Yeah I filed for unemployment online, the site is very confusing and takes forever to load.
