Today's Weight: 226.4

Breakfast: 2 Yogurts, 2 Poached Eggs, 2 pieces of Toast, 2 Packets of Oatmeal, 2 Blueberry Muffin, 4 cups of Coffee.

Lunch/Dinner: Orange Chicken, Beef and Broccoli, Firecracker Shrimp, 1 side of Chow Mein, 1 Fortune Cookie all from Panda Express.

Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters, 4 Rum and Diet Cokes.

Estimated Calories: 3200

Exercise: 3.5 hours of Walking.

I did better today, though I could have done without the muffins.

Breakfast: 1 Sausage, Egg and Cheese Croissant Sizzli, 1.5 Hashbrowns, 1 Doughnut, 1 Cup of Coffee all from Wawa.

Snack: 2 Yogurts.

Lunch: 1 Dave's Double, 1 Large order of Fries, 1 Large Dr. Pepper all from Wendy's.

Snack: 2.5 Cupcakes.

Dinner: 1 1/4 lb. Hot Dog from Wawa.

Miscellaneous: 1 Bottled Water, 1 Large Can of Pepsi.

I didn't do good today though I did a lot of walking. Most of it was me walking since Misty wasn't feeling well. She threw up a few times, and it seemed she had a hard time time eating her dog food. Of course, that didn't stop her from trying to eat some Arby's curly fries that someone had dropped. Also it looks like I might have to learn how to cook, and I'll have more time to walk since most places around town are closing because of the Corona virus.

I ate a little too much, unfortunately I think it was stress eating since I'm worried I may be laid off because of the Coronoa virus and be stuck at home.

Miscellaneous: 1 Bottled Water, 1 Can of Ginger Ale, 1 Bottle of Cherry Coke.

I did okay, except for the soda. When I went shopping, the grocery store was mostly bare, except for some vegetables, TV Dinners and some canned food.

I did okay today, though I fell asleep and didn't get much walking done. Since I'm doing nothing else, I'm going to take this opportunity to get back on track.
