Goal 7A: In Progress...

Today's Weight: 224.8

Breakfast: 2 Yogurts, 1 Banana, 6 Packets of Oatmeal, 4 cups of Coffee.

Lunch: 1/2 Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich (w/Extra Chicken Salad), 1 Seasonal Greens Salad w/Chicken, 1 small French Baguette, all from Panera.

Dinner: 1 Marie Callender's TV Dinner (Meatloaf).

Snack: 4 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 5 Bottled Waters

Estimated Calories: 2650

Exercise: 1.25 hour of Walking.

Again, I slept through the night and didn't go on my night walk.

Lunch: 1 Bowl of Clam Chowder Soup, A few Crackers.

Dinner: 1/2 Rotisserie Chicken Meal w/ 1 side of Mashed Potatoes, 1 side of Steamed Broccoli, 1 Zucchini Muffin all from Arby's.

Miscellaneous: 5 Bottled Waters, 1 Cocktail, 1 Hurricane, 2 Bourbon and Diet Cokes.

Estimated Calories: 3450

Exercise: 4 hours of Walking.

I'm feeling much better, though unfortunately when I got home I had found that Misty had an accident and tracked it all over my apartment, yuck!

Lunch/Dinner: 1 Lamb and Skordalia Gyro, 1 side of Roasted New potatoes, 1 side of Chips, 1 Medium Dr. Pepper, 1 piece of Baklava, 2 Chocolate Chip Cookies all from Taziki's Grill.

Miscellaneous: 2 Bottled Waters, 1 Cocktail, 5 Hurricanes.

Estimated Calories: 4350

Exercise: 2.5 hours of Walking.

Lunch: 1 Double Whopper w/Cheese, 1 large order of Fries, 1 Large Dr. Pepper all from Burger King.

Dinner: 2 Slices of Pepperoni Pizza, 1 piece of Tiramisu.

Miscellaneous: 1 Bottled Water, 2 20 oz. Dr. Peppers, 1 small cup of Coffee.

Estimated Calories: 4950

Exercise: 5 hours of Walking.

I went crazy today, not only did I have Burger King, I had Pizza also.
 
Wow! If I did that I'm not sure I could walk at all, or remember how many. Have you ever been to Pat O'Brien's in New Orleans? I believe that's where the Hurricane was invented.

Haha! I have not been to New Orleans at all. I'd like to visit one day.

Snack: 3 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters.

Estimated Calories: 2380

Exercise: 3 hours of Walking.
 
Maybe better you don't, I love New Orleans, but I think it is the most overweight city in the US. And if you try the food you will quickly see why, delicious, calorie laden, and plentiful. But if you do go be sure to have a hurricane at Pat O'brien's (Pat O'Brien's Home ) and be sure to see Preservation Hall, next door (Home | Preservation Hall ) neither should be missed.

I definitely will! The closest I've been to New Orleans is there is a New Orleans/Cajun themed restaurant.

A sure sign of inauthenticity (said partly in jest)! Cajun and New Orleans foods and culture are quite different. Doesn't mean the food isn't good. Go to New Orleans! Just preplan to limit your eating and drinking, you'll be fine and love it.

Dinner: 1 Marie Callender's TV Dinner (Grilled Chicken Alfredo Bake).

Snack: 4 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters.

Estimated Calories: 2700

Exercise: 3 hours of Walking.

Well I fell alspeep again, at least I got a good nights rest!

Kind of a crap day. First I got pulled over (At least I just got a warning),then while stopping my tire blew out.

I did pretty good today. I had the rare Saturday off.

Dinner: 1 Spicy Bite, 1 Bowl of Nachos, 1 Large Dr. Pepper, all from 7-11..

Snack: 2 Cupcakes.

Miscellaneous: 2 Bottled Waters.

Exercise: 3.5 hours of Walking.
