Today's Weight: 222.4

Breakfast: 2 Poached Eggs, 2 Pieces of Toast, 2 Yogurts, 4 Packets of Oatmeal, 5 Cups of Coffee.

Lunch: 1 Salad w/Chicken and Balsamic Vinaigrette, 1 Bowl of Clam Chowder Soup.

Snack: A few Crackers, 2 Yogurts.

Dinner: 1 Marie Callender's TV Dinner (Fettuccine with Chicken & Broccoli).

Snack: 4 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters.

Estimated Calories: 2620

Exercise: 2.4 hours of Walking.

Lunch: 1 Bowl of Chicken w/Dumpling Soup, 1 Bag of Popcorn, A few Crackers.

Snack: 1 Free Sample, 2 Pieces of Chocolate w/Caramel, 2 Yogurts.

Dinner: 1 Marie Callender's TV Dinner (Sweet and Sour Chicken).

Snack: 3 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters.

Estimated Calories: 2450

Exercise: 3 hours of Walking.

Breakfast: 1 Sausage, Egg and Cheese McMuffin, 2 Hash Brown, 1 Large Coffee, all from McDonald's, 2 Yogurts, 2 Packets of Oatmeal, 2 Cups of Coffee.

Lunch/Dinner: 6/7 of a Large Pepperoni Pizza.

Snack: 2 Cupcakes.

Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters, 1 20 oz. Dr. Pepper, 1 20 oz. Cherry Coke.

Estimated Calories: 4850

Exercise: 4.5 hours of Walking.

Man I don't know what happened. I went nuts and got cupcakes and Pizza on the way home.

Breakfast: 1 Cheese Danish, 1 Crumbcake Muffin, 1 cup of Coffee all from Wawa, 1 Slice of Pepperoni Pizza.

Snack: 2 Cupcakes.

Lunch/Dinner: 1 4 Inch Italian Sub, 1 Bag of Chips, 1 1/4 lb. Hot Dog, all from Wawa.

Miscellaneous: 1 20 oz. Dr. Pepper, 1 16 oz. Pepsi.

Estimated Calories: 3350

Exercise: 5.5 hours of Walking.

I didn't do great today. I finished the pizza I got and the cupcakes then had Wawa. I prob would have done better without the soda, though I got a large can instead of a bottle which was 4 oz. less.
 
Hi, Matt. Maybe when you get your licence back it might be a good time to really start thinking again about preparing your own food at home. Just a thought.

At this point I'm willing to try it, I just hope I don't burn down my apartment! :rotflmao::rotflmao:
 
Even just steaming up a few vegies, and tossing them in with your premade meal might be a start, to get you into the habit of steaming veg - and I'm betting that the contrast between the steamed fresh veg and the rather floppy heated-up ones in the frozen meal will start to get you into thinking your own cooking isn't bad at all! All the best for it, anyway! :)

I had my Doctors appointment today and they cleared me to drive. They faxed the paperwork to the DMV, and I'm just waiting for the paperwork to process.

I wanted to do more walking but it was a yucky, rainy day and the times I did go out, both me and Misty got soaking wet. I've been periodically checking with the DMV website to see if there's any changes because it currently lists my license as suspended.
