Matt- one thing I have noticed in the last 6 months (?) or so is that you drink a lot more soft drink (soda) these days. Did you use to before you started losing weight back in 2015?

I think recently I've drank a little more, also more orange juice/drink. Yeah I drank A LOT more. I'll have to keep this in mind when I go to Wawa.

Breakfast: 4 Yogurts, 4 Packets of Oatmeal, 4 cups of Coffee.

Lunch: 1 Banana, 1 Salad w/Chicken and Balsamic Vinaigrette, 1 Bowl of Vegetable Soup.

Snack: A few Crackers.

Dinner: 1 Marie Callender's TV Dinner (Sweet and Sour Chicken).

Snack: 4 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters.

Estimated Calories: 2450

Exercise: 3 hours of Walking.

Breakfast: 2 Yogurts, 4 Packets of Oatmeal, 5 cups of Coffee.

Lunch: 2 Bananas, 1 Salad w/Chicken, Egg and Honey Mustard Dressing, 1 Bowl of Clam Chowder Soup.

Snack: A few Crackers.

Dinner: 1 Marie Callender's TV Dinner (Cheesy Chicken and Rice).

Snack: 4 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters.

Estimated Calories: 2550

Exercise: 1 hour of Walking.

I felt awful today probably because of the anti- seizure medication I'm taking. I was sore all over like I just did an hour of intensive exercise. I also fell asleep early and slept most of the night.

That's no good, Matt. How much longer before you can maybe go off the meds?

At my follow appointment the DR. said about a year and I had tried to get her to take me off of them. Misty says thanks!

I did a lot better for a Sunday, also my stomach hasn't been hurting which was good. I had a little too much soda but at least I only had two drinks that weren't water.
 
Out of curiosity, I looked up what's in a 20oz bottle of cherry coke: 70g of sugar & 260 calories. Wow! I tried it when it first came out & thought it was sickly sweet, but then I don't like coke at all.

My weight went up a little but not as bad as before at least its a pretty good start to the week. Unfortunately it looks like the weather's going to be nasty!

Kind of a nasty, crappy day. I did do something that was waayyyy overdue which was clean my apartment.

I like the sweetness. Cherry Coke and Dr. Pepper are pretty much the only Coke products I drink. Thanks! Part of it was walking back and forth to Wawa.

My weight went up, I'm hoping it's not because I moved the scale and may have damaged it.
 
Just having moved it may have slightly reset it - not damaged it, just some slight difference in the floor might be enough to make it "weigh heavy" in the new location. Hang in there with healthy eating - don't be discouraged.
