Today's Weight: 219.0

Breakfast: 2 Yogurts, 2 Poached Eggs, 2 pieces of Toast, 2 Packets of Oatmeal, 5 cups of Coffee.

Lunch: 1 Salad w/Creamy Italian Dressing, 2 Bananas, 1 Minestrone w/Kale Soup.

Snack A few Crackers, 2 Yogurts.

Dinner: 1 Marie Callender's TV Dinner (Fettuccine w/Chicken and Broccoli).

Snack: 4 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 3 Bottled Waters.

Estimated Calories: 2550

Exercise: 3.33 hours of Walking.

Or rather (here I go, sticking my neck out - :confused: ) it seems to me that your weight is starting to drift away from your maintenance goal. Maybe it's time for a reassessment of how it's going, and rethinking intake or output or both? Best wishes for it!

Lunch: 1/2 Asian Sesame Salad w/Chicken, 1 Bowl of Broccoli and Cheddar Soup, 1 French Baguette all from Panera.

Snack: A few Crackers.

Dinner: 1 Marie Callender's TV Dinner (Spaghetti w/Meat Sauce), 2 pieces of Toast.

Snack: 4 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 3 Bottled Waters.

Estimated Calories: 2500

Exercise: 3 hours of Walking.

It's been real cold here lately and it snowed the other day, though not a lot. It's still real cold.

Yeah that's probably a good idea. I've been kind of doing that lately.

Dinner: 1 Marie Callender's TV Dinner (Meatloaf).

Snack: 4 Yogurts, 1 Orange.

Miscellaneous: 3 Bottled Waters.

Estimated Calories: 2500

Exercise: 2.5 hours of Walking.

I did good, though not as much walking. It started raining and sometimes Misty does not like to walk in the rain!

Dinner: 1 Marie Callender's TV Dinner (Spaghetti w/Meat Sauce), 2 pieces of Garlic Toast.

Snack: 4 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 3 Bottled Waters, 1 can of White Claw, 1 can of PBR, 3 Cocktails.

Estimated Calories: 3150

Exercise: 2.75 hours of Walking.

I don't think the heat is working at my work so I drank more coffee and less water.
 
Maybe ask the work maintenance people to check on the heating? I have myself sometimes found myself eating because I was cold, which makes a sort of sense, but isn't ideal.

Estimated Calories: 3350

Exercise: 3.5 hours of Walking.
 
Maybe ask the work maintenance people to check on the heating? I have myself sometimes found myself eating because I was cold, which makes a sort of sense, but isn't ideal.

We don't have maintenance at our office we'll have to call a outside HVAC company and it looks like that's what we're going to have to do.

I ate a little too much today, and should have avoided the cookie.

I got home late and was tired so I didn't do much walking. I also took a long nap and Misty was sleeping so I didn't want to wake her. Also it was Misty's 10th Gotcha Day! I've had her for 10 years! She got some treats and a new bed!

Amazing progress!! Over 100lbs lost. Wow.

That's right Matt is one of our real heroes, not only more than 100 lbs lost, but still off 4 years later. Not many people can say that.
