Goal 7A: In Progress...

Today's Weight: 215.0

Breakfast: 2 Yogurts, 2 Poached Eggs, 2 pieces of Toast, 2 Bananas, 2 Packets of Oatmeal, 3 cups of Coffee.

Lunch: 2 Bowl of Minestrone w/Kale Soup, 1.5 Bananas.

Snack: 4 Yogurts.

Dinner: 1 Marie Callender's TV Dinner (Spaghetti w/Meat Sauce).

Snack: 2 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters.

Estimated Calories: 2460

Exercise: 3 hours of Walking.

The weight is sticking unfortunately, though at least today I got some sleep. I usually take Misty out for a walk when I get home then a nap and when I wake up, take Misty out again, this time I skipped the nap.

Snack: 1 small Cookie, 4 Yogurts.

Dinner: 1 Marie Callender's TV Dinner (Meatloaf).

Snack: 1 Orange.

Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters.

Estimated Calories: 2750

Exercise: 3.5 hours of Walking.

Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters,2 Cocktails, 1.5 cans of White Claw.

I did good today, but I drank a little too much at a Halloween party.

Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters, 1 bottle of Orange Juice, 1 20 oz. Cherry Coke.

Exercise: 4.25 hours of Walking.

I did okay today, until I ordered from Outback Steakhouse. I might not order again since delivery took over an hour!

My weight went up unfortunately and I ate a little too much.

I went out for Halloween, which I regretted because the weather was awful.

I spent most of the feeling like crap. My stomach was bothering me real bad. I think I spent half the day in the bathroom (sorry TMI I know). I did get a good nights rest and I hope my stomach will feel better soon.

Miscellaneous: 3 Bottled Waters, 1 20 oz. Cherry Coke, 4.5 Cocktails, 2 bottles of Bud Light.

Estimated Calories: 4500

Exercise: 4.5 hours of Walking.
