Goal 7A: In Progress...

Today's Weight: 216.2

Breakfast: 4 Yogurts, 1 Apple, 2 Packets of Oatmeal, 4 cups of Coffee.

Lunch: 1 Bowl of Turkey Chili, 1 Caesar Salad, 1 French Baguette all from Panera Bread.

Snack: 4 Yogurts.

Dinner: 1 Marie Callender's TV Dinner (Spaghetti and Meat Sauce).

Snack: 2 Bags of Chips.

Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters.

Estimated Calories: 2600

Exercise: 3.5 hours of Walking.

I felt awful today, for some reason my stomach was killing me. I'm not sure if it was the meds or something I ate.
 
Sounds like doggy dementia then. Our little dog used to walk around in circles, stop & then walk back to her bed & back to sleep. I do miss her!

That's what I think too. I've never seen her walk in circles though. She did the same thing yesterday, but luckily it was during the day and she eventually settled down. Unfortunately she got a cut from a thorn while outside, it was minor but still bled. I had the hardest time bc she would not let me check her face and wipe some of the blood off!

Breakfast: 4 Yogurts, 1 Apple, 2 Packets of Oatmeal, 4 cups of Coffee.

Lunch: 1 Build your own plate (Broccoli and Beef Beef, Honey Walnut Shrimp, 1 side of Chow Mein), 1 Fortune Cookie all from Panda Express.

Snack: 1 Orange, A few Crackers.

Dinner: 1 Omelette w/3 Eggs, 2 pieces of Toast

Snack: 2 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters.

Estimated Calories: 2620

Exercise: 3.25 hours of Walking.

I ate a little more than I should, I've been having too much Panda Express (and using Uber Eats too much, it gets expensive!). Luckily Misty didn't wake me up in the middle of the night, though we did walk longer than usual. I decided to just let her walk, it was better then going home and having to go back out.

Lunch: 1 Salad, 1 Can of Minestrone w/Kale Soup, 2 oranges.

Snack: A few Crackers, 1 Cookie, 2 Yogurts.

Dinner: 1 Marie Callender's TV Dinner (Grilled Chicken Alfredo Bake).

Snack: 4 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters, 2 Cocktails, 2.5 White Claws.

Estimated Calories: 2900

Exercise: 3 hours of Walking.

Lunch/Dinner: 1 Bowl of Seafood Au Gratin.

Snack: 1 Cinnamon Roll, 1 Sweet Cream Croissant, 1 Chocolate Chip Cookie

Miscellaneous: 1 20 oz Dr. Pepper, 3 Cocktails, 2.5 White Claws.

Estimated Calories: 3850

Exercise: 4.25 hours of Walking.

Lunch: 2 Slices of Pepperoni Pizza, 1 side of French Fries, 1 slice of Tiramisu, 1 20 oz. Cherry Coke.

Dinner: 1 Quarter Pounder w/Cheese Delux combo meal (incl. 1 medium side of French Fries and 1 Medium Dr. Pepper).

Miscellaneous: 1 20 oz Dr. Ginger Ale, 1 Tall Pumpkin Spice Latte.

Estimated Calories: 4100

Exercise: 4.25 hours of Walking.

Ugh I was out in the rain and I think I might be getting sick or at least having really bad allergies. I was near my dad who was sick and add the drastic temperature changes and I feel awful.

FYI I may or may not be writing a song about weight loss to motivate me and other people so stay tuned!

Exercise: 3.5 hours of Walking.

Well it looks like I'm sick I have either bad allergies, a cold, or bronchitis.
 
Hey Matt - nice to see you're still here and posting. Keep on keeping on! I love your cheat days, serious food envy.

Miscellaneous: 1 Bottled Waters, 1 20 oz Bottle of Ginger Ale, 1 Bottle of Apple Juice.

Estimated Calories: 2000

Exercise: 4.5 hours of Walking.

I took a sick day and spent most of the day at home resting or walking my dog. I also walked to Wawa, I hear that walking helps a cold.
 
And yet you still walked for 3 1/2 hours, that is impressive. Feel better soon.

Yep, though not all at once! Like I mentioned before, I heard walking helps a cold!
