Today's Weight: 203.8

Breakfast: 2 Yogurts, 2 Packets of Oatmeal, 5 cups of Coffee.

Lunch: 1 Turkey and Cheese Sandwich, 1 bag of Chips, 1 Banana, 1 Apple.

Snack: 1 Chocolate Chip Cookie, 1 Scone.

Dinner: 1 Taziki's Feast Meal (Beef Tenders, 1 side of Roasted Potatoes, 1 side of Salad, 1/2 of a Pita), 1 Baklava all from Taziki's.

Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters.

Estimated Calories: 2650

Exercise: 2.67 Hours of Walking.
 
Your good old dog! You're a great caring owner to be gallantly getting up to give her the walk she wants at five in the morning! :)

Snack: A few Crackers, 4 Yogurts.

Dinner: 1 Marie Callender's TV Dinner (Spaghetti and Meat Sauce).

Snack: 2 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters, 2 Cocktails, 3 Rum and Cokes.

I messed up a little and had too much soda and cupcakes. I need to get my sweet tooth under control lol.

Miscellaneous: 1 Bottled Water.

Today was an awful day, beginning with my weight shooting up (Though not surprising) to my car breaking down. I think it might be the transmission which is the most expensive thing to fix and I don't have enough to cover repairs. I guess I'll be doing A LOT more walking.

I did more walking which was good. It looks like for the time being I'm going to be driving my dads car.

Dinner: Steak Kabobs 1/2 side of Marinated Slaw, 1/2 side of Roasted Vegetables all from Zoe's Kitchen.

I finally had my car towed to the transmission shop. Luckily the tow was covered by my insurance I'm just worried about the cost of repairs now. I did good, though I had a cookie at Kroger also some drinks at a meetup I attended.

Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters, 2 Cocktails, 1 Rum and Diet Coke.

Well I heard from the shop and while it's not awful, it's still not good. The computer that controls the transmission needs to be replaced and reprogrammed and that will cost $1600.00(!). I also need to get my car inspected so I don't know how much that will be.

Lunch/Dinner: 1 Large Poke Poke Bowl (Salmon and Crabmeat, Sushi Rice, Seaweed Salad, Cucumbers, Mango, Pineapple, Soy Sauce).

Snack: 1 Cupcake, 2 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 1 Bottled Waters, 1 20 oz Cherry Coke, 2 Large Dr. Pepper cans (16 oz.), 3 Cocktails, 1 Rum and Diet Coke.

Exercise: 3.5 Hours of Walking.

I did kind of bad today, with the McDonald's breakfast and the Sodas. At least I only had 1 cupcake lol.

Snack: 2 Cupcakes.

Miscellaneous: 1 Bottled Water, 2 20 oz. Cherry Cokes.

I tried doing better, but I kind of screwed up. I had too many sodas and of course the sweets. I also should not have ate the fast breakfast food.

Ugh, my weight went up more than last week.

Dinner: Beef Barbacoa, 1 side of Refried Beans, 1 side of Fried Rice, 1 side of Roast Poblano w/Garlic Sauce, 3 small Tortillas.

Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters.

Still up though it didn't help that I went to this Mexican Place near where I work.
