Breakfast: 4 Yogurts, 2 Poached Eggs, 2 slices of Toast, 1 cup of Coffee.

Lunch/Dinner: 6 slices of Pepperoni Pizza.

Snack: 2 Cupcakes, 1 Yogurt.

Miscellaneous: 1 Bottled Waters, 1.5 Pepsi's, 2 Cocktails, 1 Whiskey, 2 Rum and Diet Cokes..

Estimated Calories: 3610

Exercise: 3 Hours of Walking.

Breakfast: 4 Yogurts, 2 Poached Eggs, 2 slices of Toast.

Lunch/Snack: 1 Doughnut, 1/2 of a Cookie, 1 York Peppermint Patty, 1 Godiva Bar, 1 package of Lemon Cookies, 2 20 oz. Cherry Cokes.

Dinner: 1 S'Awesome single Combo (incl. Medium Fries and a Medium Sprite).

Snack: 2 Cupcakes.

I ate a lot more junk than I should have. I wanted to walk more, but I had to cut it short because I got caught up in a Thunderstorm.

Snack: 2 Cupcakes.

Miscellaneous: 3 Bottled Waters.

Estimated Calories: 2350

Exercise: 3.67 Hours of Walking.

Kind of a crap Monday, also it's tax day (yikes!). Luckily I got to walk more.

I made a few mistakes on yesterdays entry. It says '2 packets of Yogurt" should read "2 packets of oatmeal". Also for a snack it says "2 cupcakes" but again it should read "2 yogurts".

I did alright except for the Carrot Cake. I went to the dentist today, which I hated. I've always hated going to the dentist though I think when I started dieting my teeth have gotten better since I'm drinking less soda. Also there was supposed to be a huge storm which luckily fizzled.

Miscellaneous: 2 Bottled Waters, 2 Old Fashioned, 1 Martini, 3 Rum and Diet Cokes.

Estimated Calories: 3400

Exercise: 3.25 Hours of Walking.

Not great, but not awful.

Snack: 1 Can of Chili.

Miscellaneous: 3 Bottled Waters.

Well today was a crappy day. First off my weight went up significantly, then I found out I owe a lot of money on my taxes, on top of what I owed from last year (like $10000).

Another bad day ::sigh:: Also I found out apparently whiskey helps you lose weight. I might have to start drinking more whiskey!!

I went to Woofstock today and brought Misty. She seemed to have fun, but was a little overwhelmed.

I did pretty good, though I need to stay away from the sweets lol.
