Lunch: 1 Small Italian Sub, 1 Bag of Chips.

Snack: 4 Yogurts.

Dinner: 1 Marie Callender's TV Dinner (Meatloaf and Gravy)

Snack: 2 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 3 Bottled Waters.

Estimated Calories: 2500

Exercise: 3.25 Hours of Walking.

I felt better so I went out, though I ate a little too much today.

I did much better today than past Sundays. I also did a lot walking, though by myself. I'm getting a little worried because Misty doesn't seem to want to walk as much. Or she'll act like she wants to go out and as soon as I take her out, she'll go back in.

I wanted to do maore walking but there was a huge thunderstorm. It looks like Misty's starting to want to walk again.
 
Hey @jonom! I haven't read many of your posts yet, but I'm loving the detail you put into logging your food every day. Also, I can see by the info in your signature that you've really smashed a lot of goals over the past few years. Awesome to see... keep up the good work and I look forward to reading more about your progress!

Misty is starting to want to walk more, but unfortunately she doesn't want to walk as long. I think part of it was her being a brat, the previous night one of the cats found what looked to be some raw sausage meat. I'm not sure if he was going to eat it or offer it to me as a gift, but all Misty wanted to do was sniff around that area. I had to get rid of the meat of course.

I wouldn't say you "messed up"! Nothing wrong with having some things you enjoy. I know it sounds boring but moderation is key. And constantly depriving yourself of something can just make things worse in the long run!
