Goal 7A: In Progress...
Today's Weight: 202.8
Breakfast: 4 Yogurts, 2 Poached Eggs, 2 slices of Toast.
Lunch: 1 Seasonal Greens Salad, 1 Apple, 1 Cherry Brittany, 1 Cheese Brittany all from Panera.
Snack: 2 Cupcakes.
Dinner: 1 Container of Eel Sushi ( 6 pieces).
Snack: 2 Yogurts.
Miscellaneous:
Estimated Calories: 2950
Exercise: 3.5 hours of Walking.
I was in shock about how much my weight went up but after I did Saturdays entry I know why. I did better today, except for the sweets.
