Goal 7A: In Progress...

Today's Weight: 202.8

Breakfast: 4 Yogurts, 2 Poached Eggs, 2 slices of Toast.

Lunch: 1 Seasonal Greens Salad, 1 Apple, 1 Cherry Brittany, 1 Cheese Brittany all from Panera.

Snack: 2 Cupcakes.

Dinner: 1 Container of Eel Sushi ( 6 pieces).

Snack: 2 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous:

Exercise: 3.5 hours of Walking.

I was in shock about how much my weight went up but after I did Saturdays entry I know why. I did better today, except for the sweets.

Lunch: 1 small Italian Sub, a side of Chips.

Snack: Some free Samples, 2 Yogurts.

Dinner: 1 Healthy Choice TV Dinner (Cajun Chicken and Shrimp).

Snack: 3 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters.

Estimated Calories: 2500

Exercise: 3 hours of Walking.
 
Miscellaneous: 1 20 oz. Cherry Coke, 1 32 oz. Big Gulp, 1.5 Cocktails, 5 Rum and Diet Cokes, 1 Fireball Shot, 2 Jameson Shots.

Holy crap I didn't realize how bad I did today. It was St. Patrick's Day so I went crazy celebrating.

Exercise: 3 hours of Walking.

I'm looking forward to the spring, and it looks like it won't be raining for the next few days so I'm happy. Also my neighbor came back so I'm not cat sitting anymore.

Snack: 1 Bag of Popcorn.

Dinner: 3 small Burritos with Steak and Black Beans.

Snack: 4 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters, 1 Caramel Cloud Macchiatto

Exercise: 3 hours of Walking.

I was doing okay except for the popcorn. For dinner I tried this new Mexican restaurant that opened and I heard good things about. I'm not sure if the calories are right though. I was also a little annoyed because they said it was going to be dry for 10 days but poured down rain last night and today.

Snack: 2 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters.

Snack: 2 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters, 2 Cocktails, 3 Rum and Diet Cokes.

A pretty good day, though I wish I didn't eat the Chocolate covered Macadamia nuts. It was actually a gift from my neighbor whose cats I looked after. I'm going to look after them again this weekend. I think she wants me to adopt one of them bc she's moving.

Dinner: 1 can of Green Beans, 1 can of Corn.

Miscellaneous: 2 Cherry Cokes, 1 shot of Fireball, 1 Cocktail, 3 Rum and Diet Cokes.

Estimated Calories: 3400

Exercise: 4 hours of Walking.

Sorry for the late posting, this is for Saturday. I did a lot better that last Saturday, though I probably should have gone to Chic-Fil-A.

Lunch/Dinner: 1 Bacon Double Quarter Pounder w/Cheese, 1 Large order of Fries, 1 Large Dr. Pepper all from McDonald's.

Miscellaneous: 2 cans of Pepsi.

I can't believe my weight up so much, I mean I know I didn't do that great on Saturday but I didn't go THAT nuts. I'm thinking it must have been the sodas.

I got some more chocolate covered macadamia nuts from my neighbor. I had one, I might have a few then give them away.

Dinner: 1/4 Rotisserie Chicken combo w/1 side of Mashed Potatoes, 1 side of Broccoli, 1 Zucchini Roll all from Arby's.

Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters.

Spring is finally here, and it looks like we actually have a spring this year. The only bad part is when the seasons change my allergies get bad and Misty tends not to want to walk as much.

I think I might be coming down with something b/c I felt awful today. I didn't walk as much because I felt bad, also Misty bit me when I tried to take a bone she found away from her.

I tried to do better today but ended up doing worse. I ate too many waffles and had a soda. I still feel like crap today also. Luckily I did get to do a lot of walking.

Dinner: 1 Marie Callender's TV Dinner (Meatloaf and Gravy)

Snack: 5 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 3 Bottled Waters.

Exercise: 3 Hours of Walking.

I still feel awful, I hope this will pass soon.
