Goal 7A: In Progress...

Today's Weight: 198.8

Breakfast: 2 Yogurts, 2 Poached Eggs, 2 slices of Toast, 2 Packets of Oatmeal, 5 cups of Coffee.

Lunch: 1 Salad w/Chicken, Egg and Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, 1 Bowl of Vegetable Soup, a few Crackers.

Snack: 1 Pint of Archer Farms Ice Cream.

Dinner: 1 Healthy Choice Steamers Dinner (Beef Teriyaki).

Snack: 2 Yogurts, A few Cheese Cubes.

Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters.

Estimated Calories: 2320

Exercise: 2.5 hours of Walking.

My weight went up again which was disappointing. I had some ice cream b/c my throat was still sore and I was hoping it would help. I got some cheese cubes for my dog when I have to give her pills and I had a few.

Lunch: 1 Salad w/Chicken, Egg and Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, 1 Bowl of Vegetable Soup, a few Crackers.

Snack: A few Tortilla Chips, A few small pieces of Pita bread, hummus, a few vegetables.

Dinner: 1/2 Grilled chicken sandwich, 1 side of Waffle fries.

Snack: 1 Yogurt.

Miscellaneous: 3 Bottled Waters, 2 Rum and Diet Cokes.

Exercise: 2.5 hours of Walking.

I went to a meetup and I messed up a little bit. I was hungry and had some fries though in my defense I didn't realize the sandwich came with fries lol. I hope everyone has a nice Valentines Day?

Lunch: 1 Heritage Ham and Cheese sandwich, 1 side of Chips, 1 French Baguette all from Panera Bread.

Dinner: 1 Caprese Salad.

Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters, 1 Bourbon and Diet Coke, 2 old Fashioned's 1 bottle of Miller Lite

Exercise: 2.5 hours of Walking.

I went to another event for Valentine's Day, and I did a lot better than yesterday.

Snack: 4 Yogurts, A few Cheese Cubes.

Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters.

My weight went down finally. I tried a new place called Cava which is pretty good. They have protein bowls and Pitas.

Dinner: 1 (small portion) Hangar Steak w/Chimichurri sauce and a side of Fingerling Potatoes, 2 Slow drip Old Fashioneds.

Snack: 4 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters.

I did good, though I got to stop eating out lol. It's getting expensive.

Snack: 4 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters, 1 Cocktail, 4 Rum and Diet Cokes.

Exercise: 2.75 hours of Walking.

I didn't get a chance to walk as much as I would have liked. It rained all day and my dog didn't want to go out. Also the cats I'm sitting for were bad and knocked down some plates lol.

Lunch/Dinner: 1/2 Rotisserie Chicken Platter (incl. 1 side of Mashed Potatoes, 1 side of Broccoli, 1 Zucchini Muffin), 1 Medium Dr. Pepper, all from Arby's

Snack: 1 Yogurt.

Miscellaneous: 2 20 oz. Cherry Cokes.

I did a lot better today, then previous Sundays.

Snack: 2 Yogurts.

Ugh I can't believe my weight went up. I mean Sunday I ate a little more than normal but I didn't go crazy. I'm wondering if this is a holdover from Saturday since I didn't walk as much.

Lunch: 1 Salad Bar Salad w/Steak Tips and Honey Dijon Dressing, 1 cup of Chicken Chili all from Jason's Deli.

Snack: A few Crackers.

Dinner: A few pieces of Rotisserie Chicken, 2 sides of Duchess potato Casserole, 1 side of Green Beans.

Snack: 3 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters.

Estimated Calories: 2750

Exercise: 3.5 hours of Walking.

The weight still holding, and of course I made a mistake of eating more than I should have.
