Breakfast: 2 Yogurts, 2 Poached Eggs, 2 pieces of Toast, 2 Packets of Oatmeal, 5 cups of Coffee.

Lunch: 1 Salad Bar Salad w/Tuna Salad and Ranch dressing, 1 side of Watermelon, 1 side of Grapes, 1 Bowl of Vegetable Beef Soup.

Snack: A few Crackers.

Dinner: 1 Braised Beef Pita from CAVA.

Snack: 2 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters.

Yay! My weight finally went down! I'm debating whether or not to have a cheat day during the weekend. I'm going to try not to eat junk lol.

I didn't so that bad today, the worst thing I had was the soda and cookie. My weight went down significantly I hope I can keep it down!

Snack: 2 servings of Mashed Potatoes.

I'm a little disappointed my weight went up, I'm hoping it'll start going down soon. I'm not sure if its the weight gain or what but I've noticed I've been tired more often and that I've been getting aches and pains when I walk or get out of the chair, though its mostly minor. I don't know if it's weight related or the fact that I'm getting older.

String a week together like yesterday, Matt & you'll get that weight back down again. I have had to really knuckle down again as my weight crept up & up. The treats went up & up over time & then the weight follows.....

Well the weights coming down which is good, though my stomach felt a little sour probably because of the Buffalo chicken wrap which was VERY spicy.

I wish my weight went down a little more, though it did go down which was good. I was a little annoyed because at lunch I went to get my food and must have waited 5 minutes before anyone noticed me, then it took 10 minutes to make my sandwich.
