Breakfast: 2 Yogurts,2 Poached Eggs, 2 pieces of Toast, 2 Packets of Oatmeal, 5 cups of Coffee.

Lunch: 1/2 Italian Sandwich, 1 cup of Broccoli and Cheddar Soup, 1 Apple all from Panera.

Snack: A few Crackers, A few free Samples, 4 Yogurts.

Dinner: 1 Healthy Choice Power Bowls TV Dinner (Adobo Chicken).

Snack: 2 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 3 Bottled Waters.

I was doing good but I think I'm coming down with something. I've felt like crap the last couple of days.

Snack: 2 tbsp of Honey.

Miscellaneous: 1 Bottled Waters, 1 Dr. Pepper.

Ugh I wasn't going to cheat but being sick kind of crewed me up. At least I'm feeling a little bit better now. I just hope it's not one of those things where I feels fine except for a lingering cough and later find out I have bronchitis.

I'm feeling a little bit better, except for a cough. Also I have a small rip or tear in my nostril that hurts like hell. This is what happens when you pick your nose too much kids lol.

I def went crazy today, a lot of it had to do with the fact it was kind of a crappy day as I had to work and stay later than normal. BC I ate too much I felt a little sick also.

I got snowed in today (12 inches!), so I couldn't go anywhere and I couldn't do much walking. I did pretty good caloriewise, though I still hate the snow.

Snack: 2 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 1 Bottled Water, 1 cup of Diet Ginger Ale, 1 small Chestnut Praline Latte.

There's still a lot of snow out, and it's barely melting. It's fine until night when it gets cold and the melting snow turns to ice.

I had a really bad day today, and I'm worried that I might have to start looking for a new job.

I had an okay day, at least better than yesterday, I had to take Misty to the vet and they said she might be starting to get dementia. I got some medication for her, and did some research on dementia in dogs. She seemed to do better when I left the light on, though I had a hard time going to sleep.
