Goal 7A: In Progress...
Today's Weight: 192.4
Breakfast: 4 Yogurts, 2 Poached Eggs, 2 Pieces of Toast.
Lunch: 1 Horseradish Roast Beef and Cheddar Sandwich, 1 side of Steamed Broccoli, 1 slice of New York Cheesecake, 1 cup of Coffee, all from McAllister's Deli.
Snack: 2 Yogurts
Dinner: 1 Healthy Choice Simply Steamers TV Dinner ().
Snack: 2 Yogurts.
Miscellaneous: 1 cup of Coffee.
Estimated Calories: 2900
Exercise: 4 Hours of Walking.
I did pretty good except for the Cheesecake. I'm still worried about Hurricane Florence, it's supposed to hit on Friday in North Carolina and there might be flooding here. I'm going have to go back to the store and stock up on supplies.
