Goal 7A: In Progress...

Today's Weight: 192.4

Breakfast: 4 Yogurts, 2 Poached Eggs, 2 Pieces of Toast.

Lunch: 1 Horseradish Roast Beef and Cheddar Sandwich, 1 side of Steamed Broccoli, 1 slice of New York Cheesecake, 1 cup of Coffee, all from McAllister's Deli.

Snack: 2 Yogurts

Dinner: 1 Healthy Choice Simply Steamers TV Dinner ().

Snack: 2 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 1 cup of Coffee.

Estimated Calories: 2900

Exercise: 4 Hours of Walking.

I did pretty good except for the Cheesecake. I'm still worried about Hurricane Florence, it's supposed to hit on Friday in North Carolina and there might be flooding here. I'm going have to go back to the store and stock up on supplies.
 
I'm on day 3 of no alcohol (I started early) & hopeful I will see a loss this week.

Lunch: 1 Salad w/ Smoked Salmon and Egg, 1 can of Vegetable Soup, 1 Apple.

Snack: 4 Yogurts

Dinner: 1 Healthy Choice Steamers TV Dinner (BBQ Seasoned Steak w/Red Potatoes).

Snack: 2 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters

Estimated Calories: 2280

Exercise: 2.75 Hours of Walking.

My weight went up a tiny bit, which was disappointing. I spent most of the day worrying about Hurricane Florence, though it looks like as of now all we might get is a bit of rain.

Well I screwed up and broke down and had 2 Beers. I went to a meetup and it was at a brewery.
 
Don't feel like you have screwed up, Matt, because you haven't. It was only a suggestion to shake things up & not your idea. I think like almost anything we do better when we make our decisions.

Exercise: 3 Hours of Walking.

It looks like I'm going to be eating canned food for a while. I went to the store and got some canned food the other day in case the hurricane hit, but it looks like it's going to miss Virginia, at least the Richmond area.

Dinner: 1 can of Pink Salmon, 2 sides of Lima Beans, 1 side of Spinach.

Snack: 3 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters.

Estimated Calories: 2270

Exercise: 2.5 Hours of Walking.

It looks like it's going to be a rainy weekend which sucks, though at least there's no hurricane. I wish my weight would go down more, maybe the canned food's not helping.

I ate a little more than normal, also I drank alcohol which I was going to avoid oh well.
 
Canned food is usually really salty. I'm pleased the hurricane has missed you, Matt!

Thanks! It is, plus the salmon still had bones in it. I actually asked one of the ladies who feeds the cats if I could give them some canned chicken and she said I shouldn't because of the sodium! lol

Miscellaneous: 2 Bottled Waters, 5 Rum and Diet Cokes.

Dinner: 1 Healthy Choice Steamers TV Dinner (Cajun style Chicken and Shrimp).

Miscellaneous: 2 Bottled Waters, 1 Medium Coffee.

Exercise: 4.5 Hours of Walking.

As far as a Sunday goes, today wasn't that bad.

I was surprised my weight went up since I didn't eat a lot Sunday. Also I thought the hurricane left, but we had 7(!) tornadoes touch down in the area.

I ate a little too much today and could have done without the popcorn and the cocktails (I went to an event they had at a rooftop bar). At least the rain has stopped for now.

I can't believe I keep forgetting, but last week was my 3 year anniversary of joining this site and beginning my weight-loss journey!
