Today's Weight: 188.2

Breakfast: 2 Poached Eggs, 2 Yogurts, 2 pieces of Toast, 3 Packets of Oatmeal, 4 cups of Coffee.

Lunch: 1 Strawberry Poppyseed w/Chicken Salad, 1 Piece of French Baguette all from Panera Bread.

Snack: A few Free Samples, A few slices of Banana nut Bread.

Dinner: 1 Healthy Choice Steamers TV Dinner (Grilled Chicken Pesto w/Vegetables).

Snack: 4 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 6 Bottled Waters, 1 Beer, 1 Rum and Diet Coke.

Estimated Calories: 2900

Exercise: 3.5 Hours of Walking.

They finally got the AC fixed at work, so I don't have to suffer anymore lol. Also the woman who's dog bit Misty (luckily she's fine, it's a small cut), felt so awful that she gave me a loaf of banana nut bread, and a gift card for Domino's Pizza (eek!).

I'm trying to finish this Banana Nut bread quickly lol. I didn't realize how loaded with calories it is!

Miscellaneous: 3 Cups of Water, 1 Sprite, 3 Rum and Diet Cokes, 2 Whiskey Gingers.

Not a bad Sunday. I tried to to go crazy so I went to Outback and had a steak. I with I avoided the dessert though lol.

Today was Memorial Day and a bit of a rainy one. Unfortunately it looks like it might rain all week! I've heard that this month set a record for rain!

Kind of a crappy day today. The AC at work hasn't been completely fixed yet, it works, but it's leaking. Also the computer went down! Aty least my weight is coming down.

I ate a lot lol, but I also did a lot of walking. I went to an event called First Fridays, that's held downtown. A lot of the art galleries stay open later and there are vendors, street artists etc.

This weather is really getting on my last nerves. It seems this year has nothing but bad weather if it wasn't snowing it's rain. I did pretty good except for the cookie and cupcake.
 
But now it's Summer in your part of the world, Matt. Just remember all that horrible weather when it gets hot & enjoy it :)

I tried to not cheat today but did. I was doing okay until dinner time lol.

I decided to go to this Happy Hour event today that was sponsored by my local arts center. The drinks were pretty good but expensive!
