I like the way you list the amounts and types of food you have - and it looks like you have some reliable choices that would be healthy and simple enough for anyone to follow. Wishing you success in avoiding snakes, selling your artwork, and continuing your healthy lifestyle.

Thanks! Honestly I actually don't mind snakes that much (I REALLY don't like spiders!), I just don't want either myself or Misty to get bitten by one. There was a guy walking around my work one time with a pet snake and I actually got to pet it!

Today's Weight: 188.0

Breakfast: 2 Yogurts, 2 Poached Eggs, 2 Waffles, 2 Packets of Oatmeal, 4 cups of Coffee.

Lunch: 1 Ham/Turkey/Cheese sandwich, 1 Banana, 1 bag of Chips.

Snack: 1 Kit-Kat Bar, a few Crackers.

Dinner: 3 pieces of Rotisserie Chicken and 1 side of Mashed Potatoes.

Snack: 4 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters.

Estimated Calories: 2750

Exercise: 2.75 Hours of Walking.
 
Oh I forgot I wrote a song about Stalker Cat, the cat that likes to follow me:

Stalker Cat, Stalker Cat,
Always following Misty and Matt,
Will eat a bird or maybe a rat,
But not too much, or he'll get fat,

He'll wait around between walks
He kind of looks like Peter Falk,
Boy that cat loves to stalk!

Stalker cat would want to be on the ball with some of those snakes about. I see you only have 3 venomous snakes where you are. They sure look scary though. Some of those other snakes are very pretty.

Lunch: 1 Strawberry Poppyseed Salad with Chicken, 1 piece of French Baguette all from Panera.

Dinner: Seared Jumbo Shrimp (5), 1 side of Corn Esquites, 1 Blood orange Whiskey Sour, 1 Oaxacan Old Fashioned.

Snack: 4 Yogurts.

Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters.

Estimated Calories: 2430

Exercise: 3.5 Hours of Walking.

I had to pick up the paintings I submitted today which was kind of a pain since I had to drive across town. Since I was in the area I decided to try this restaurant that just opened.
 
Stalker cat would want to be on the ball with some of those snakes about. I see you only have 3 venomous snakes where you are. They sure look scary though. Some of those other snakes are very pretty.

Dinner: 1 Tomato Salad, 1 Salad, Beef Filet, 1 side of Potato Celery Root Puree, 1 side of Green beans, 1 side of Shrimp, 1 slice of Cake, 2 Doughnuts.

Miscellaneous: 6 Bottled Waters, 1 Old Fashioned, 1 Lime Margarita.

Today I went to my cousins wedding so I went a little crazy with the Hors d’oeuvres and the sweets.

I went a little crazy today and I should have avoided the pizza, though I shared some of it with Misty since I thought she deserved a treat. I still do even though she woke me up wanting to go out at 4:00 am!

Kind of a crap day, I spilled coffee all over myself, the AC at work is broken, plus another dog bit Misty. After getting a break it rained again also.

A much better day, though I had a headache again because the AC still isn't working and it was hot today.
