Today's Weight: 187.2

Breakfast: 2 Yogurts, 2 Poached Eggs, 2 pieces of Toast, 2 packets of Oatmeal, 4 cups of Coffee.

Lunch: 1 BBQ Chicken flatbread, 1 cup of Broccoli and Cheddar soup, 1 Apple all from Panera.

Snack: A few Crackers, Various free samples, 3 Yogurts.

Dinner: 1 Healthy Choice Steamers TV Dinner (Grilled Chicken pesto w/ Vegetables).

Miscellaneous: 5 Bottled Waters, 4 Rum and Diet Cokes..

Estimated Calories: 2600

Exercise: 3.5 Hours of Walking.

Breakfast: 4 Yogurts, 3 Doughnuts, 1 Medium Coffee.

Lunch: 1 Peppercorn Turkey Ranch Sandwich, 1 side of Chips, all from McAllisters Deli.

Snack: 4 Yogurts.

Dinner: 1 Healthy Choice Steamers TV Dinner (Homestyle Chicken and Potatoes).

Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters, 4 Rum and Diet Cokes.

Estimated Calories: 2910

Exercise: 5 Hours of Walking.

A better Saturday than previously, though I could have done without the doughnuts.

Dinner: 1 Dave's Double Combo (w/ Large Fries and 1 Large Dr. Pepper) all from Wendy's.

Miscellaneous: 1 Bottled Water.

Estimated Calories: 4200

Exercise: 3.5 Hours of Walking.

Much better day today, my weight did go up but not as bad as last week. Also looking at yesterdays entry I realized I need to proofread these entries better!

Snack: 1 Banana

I slipped up and had some chocolate, they sell individually wrapped Ghiradelli Chocolate Squares at Michael's and I grabbed 2 of them.

Snack: 2 Yogurts, 1 Banana

Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters.

Kind of a yucky day, it rained most of the day and of course my dog didn't want to go out. Of course once she was out she didn't want to go back in!

Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters.

Exercise: 2.5 Hours of Walking.

I did a little less walking because we had a thunderstorm during our my nightly walk. I should have walked earlier then I could have got more walking time in!

Miscellaneous: 4 Bottled Waters,1 shot of Tequila, 2 Beers, 1 Cocktail.

I had a pretty fun day, I went to this event called "Woofstock" that this organization I volunteer for holds every year. That's where I got the crab cake sliders lol.

Snack: 1 Lemon Cookie, 3 Yogurts, 1 Banana.

Miscellaneous: 1 Bottled Water, 1 20 oz. Dr. Pepper

I hoped to do better today and got off on a good start but still ended up eating junk lol. I started feeling like crap for some reason and weak, so I figured if I ate I’d feel better. I felt a little better but not much. It might have been the coffee I drank. I went to a coffee shop and had 2 of what they called a “black eye”, which was 2 shots of espresso mixed with regular coffee. At least the weather's getting better I can't believe it's almost May and I'm just putting away my winter coats

I went to a meetup since it was nice out, I sat got to sit on the patio. Of course you know what they say about being careful what you wish for. I'm glad its finally nice out, but I'm not a fan of the bugs that are coming out.
 
Was it a good meetup Matt? Are they always different people & you have to start all over each time or do you get to develop friendships within the group?
