Weight for 7/13/2023: 294.8

Breakfast: 5 Pieces of Bacon (250 cal.), 1 side of Home Fries (120 cal.), 1 cup of Milk (100 cal.), 5 cups of Coffee (100 cal.)

Lunch: 1 Steak, Rice and Bean, Burrito Bowl (680 cal.), 1 side of Tortilla Chips (520 cal.), from Chipotle

Snack: 2 Big Kat bars (400 cal.), 1 Bag of Cheetos (150 cal.)

Dinner: A few pieces of Salami (100 cal.), A few Pieces of Pepperoni (300 cal.)

Drinks: 3 Pepsi Zeros, 40 oz of Water.

Exercise: NA

Estimated total calories: 2720 (450 cal. over 2270)

I'm going to go ahead and put in this entry. I wanted to go walking but it doesn't look like that's going to happen since its raining a lot.
 
According to the last two pages of your diary you overate by 17,840 calories in the past 21 days (compared to your stated calorie goal), which turns out to 850 calories a day on average or almost 2 pounds a week. So while it absolutely sucks to see the scales go up it does make a lot of sense.

Lunch: 1 Steak Southwest Salad w/ Ranch Dressing (750 cal.)

Dinner: Black Pepper Angus Steak (180 cal.), Black Pepper Chicken (250 cal.), Beijing Beef (470 cal.),
1 side of Chow Mein Noodles (510 cal.)

Drinks: 2 Pepsi Zeros, 3 Cocktails (500 cal.)

Exercise: 10 Minutes of Walking.

Estimated total calories: 3820 (1550 cal. over 2270)

I'm planning on cutting down a little on what I eat for each meal, though I didn't really do that well today, though I got one breakfast sandwich instead of 2 and I stuck with a salad so I'm getting there.

Lunch/Dinner: 1 Angus Roast beef Club Sandwich (30 cal.), 1 side of Chips (200 cal.), 1 large Dr. Pepper (300 cal.) from McAllisters Deli

Snack: 1 Plate of Grapes (50 cal.), 1 Orange (100 cal.), 3 Pieces of Cheese (240 cal.)

Drinks: 2 Pepsi Zeros, 6 Cocktails (700 cal.)

Estimated total calories: 3100 (830 cal. over 2270)

I was doing okay, then around lunch time I felt so hungry I was feeling a little weak so I went to McAllisters Deli. I was doing good for the day but I kept feeling hungry. I was tempted to go to Dash-In but I ate some fruit instead.

Good point, I'm going to try to shave off some calories on each meal, maybe eating a smaller breakfast and lunch.
 
If smaller portions leave you hungry adding more veggies (preferably green and without a lot of added fat) to add bulk with just a few calories can help.

I'm hoping that was a one off day and taking some calories off per meal won't be an issue.

Drinks: 2 Pepsis (500 cal.), 1 Pepsi Zero, 1 Diet Ginger Ale, 2 cups of Water

Exercise: 1 Hour, 45 Minutes of Walking.

Estimated total calories: 4040 (1770 cal. over 2270)

I would have done better without the cake, and probably the soda. I decided to make the meat sauce myself and it ended up pretty good, despite the fact I didn't have any green peppers. I put in some banana peppers and it worked.

Thankfully, I was able to eat the whole plate, Tobi jumped up on the table and tried to steal my spaghetti!

I did pretty good today, Thankfully I made enough sauce to last a few days!

I was a little disappointed bc my weight went up instead of staying the same. so I tried not to eat too much today. I did pretty good. I also went to a meetup.

Ugh not a good day. Somedays are worse than others especially when I have to go into work. I wonder if it has to do with being bored at work and running to the vending machine to have something to do. After work I had to run to the mall and return something I succumbed to having Chic Fil A. At least I got smaller portions and a diet drink.

I was hoping to walk but I was tired when I got home.

I went top Dash In which I shouldn't have. I did decide to skip dinner and I didn't really go over though.

Four starchy sides with one meal does sound like a lot but they wouldn't have been a problem if you hadn't spend so many calories on drinks. It doesn't say how many were in the beer and cocktails but between them and the coffee, juice, and cherry coke it must've been around a 1000?

I updated the entry. Drinks alone were 1220 and about half of that was alcoholic drinks.
