Breakfast: 5 Servings of Cereal (750 cal.), 2 cups of Milk (200 cal.), 10 cups of Coffee (100 cal.)

Lunch/Dinner: 1 Bowl of Spaghetti w/Meatballs (800 cal.), 2 Pieces of Garlic Toast (250 cal.)

Snack: 2 Doughnuts (730 cal.)

Drinks: 4 Cups of Diet Ginger Ale (0 cal.), 2 Bottles of Pepsi Zero (0 cal.), 4 Rum and Cokes (600 cal.)

I had my appointment with my nutritionist today. One thing I'm going to try is while not eating junk, instead of restricting to eat when I crave it and maybe eat a smaller portion of it. It also rained a lot so I didn't get to walk. I'm thinking of trying some indoor exercise so I'm not at the mercy of the rain.

I may want to rethink eating junk when I crave it. I don't know if it was a fluke since I happened to drive past Chick Fil A while going to WalMart or what. To be fair, I stayed away from soda and didn't order a large size.

I did better then yesterday. I also was able to walk. I was going to walk more but I was tired.

Even with the Chic-Fil-A, I probably would have done better if I had avoided alcohol, the extra Cherry Coke and the Oatmeal Bars.

I did better today than past Sundays. I spend at least an hour doing housecleaning (which I need to do more of), I don't know if that counts a exercise.
 
I can't believe its been 11 weeks and while I'm glad I'm down 4 lbs., (though got down as far as 7), I'd like to get down more. It was disappointing since Sunday I was up 3 lbs. from last week , though not surprising. I ate more sweets and some junk. I think if I avoid doing any shopping during the week I can avoid getting sweets.

Housework certainly does count as exercise, Matt. Well done on a better Sunday :)

Dinner: 1 Bowl of Pasta w/ Scallops and Marinara (350 cal.), 2 Pieces of Garlic Toast (250 cal.)

Snack: 1 Bowl of Grapes (60 cal.)

Drinks: 4 Pepsi Zeros, 3 cups of Water.

Exercise: 1 Hour of Walking

Estimated total calories: 2760 (490 cal. over 2270)

My weight went up so I tried to eat better. I tried to walk more but there was a lot of lightning.
