Weight for 7/4/2023: 293.4

Breakfast: 1 Bowl of Fruit (200 cal.), 4 Oatmeal bars (600 cal.), 10 cups of Coffee (150 cal.)

Lunch/Dinner: 1 Bowl of Chicken Salad (700 cal.), 1 side of Cole slaw (180 cal.)

Snack: 2 Chocolate Chip Cookies: (740 cal.)

Drinks: 1 cup of Diet Ginger Ale, 4 cups of Diet Pepsi.

Exercise: 2 Hours of Cleaning, About 30 minutes of Walking

Estimated total calories: 2570 (300 cal. over 2270)

Happy 4th of July if you celebrate! I had the day off but I didn't really do that much, except clean my refrigerator and get gas ( this gas station lowered the price to $1.776. Unfortunately my AC is starting to go out so I have to call the Builder to put in a warranty request.
 
Fingers crossed the AC can get fixed without issue. Affordable gas sounds like something worth celebrating!

Dinner: 1 Bowl of Ramen Noodles (450 cal.)

Snack: 2 Chocolate Bar: (200 cal.)

Drinks: 1 cup of Diet Ginger Ale, 4 cups of Diet Pepsi.

Exercise: NA

Estimated total calories: 2310 (40 cal. over 2270)

I did fairly well except for the candy bar. I was sore from Tuesday so I didn't do any walking. I got to leave early because I had to get my CPAP machine, which I hated wearing, and Tobi wasn't too fond of either.

Unfortunately they have to come back. The guy came and said he couldn't do anything because he opened it up and it was a giant block of ice. Which sucks because I traded my day to go in so I could meet them so I might have to wait until Monday!
 
Ugh, that does suck. The CPAP is probably something you have to get used to. I don't think anyone likes it but the safer (and better) sleep is worth it in the long run.

Dinner: 1 Bowl of Ramen Noodles (370 cal.)

Snack: A few Strawberries (50 cal.).

Drinks: 4 cups of Diet Pepsi.

Exercise: NA

Estimated total calories: 2400 (130 cal. over 2270)

I tried to exercise some but I was still a little sore from Tuesday and my shoulder was hurting for some reason.

Breakfast: 2 Bacon, Egg and Cheese Sandwiches (1080 cal.), 1 side of Home Fries (150 cal.), 5 cups of Coffee (60 cal.)

Lunch:1 Sandwich w/Ham, Pepperoni, and Salami (500 cal.), 2 sides of Cole Slaw (400 cal.)

Dinner: 1 A few Meatballs w/Marinara Sauce (400 cal.), 2 Pieces of Garlic Toast (250 cal.).

Drinks: 4 cups of Diet Pepsi, 1 Bottle of Stella Artois (130 cal.)

Exercise: 45 Minutes of Walking

Estimated total calories: 2970 (700 cal. over 2270)

I'm a little disappointed since my weight went up. I didn't really eat that much, maybe its because I didn't walk. I got to take the day off because they were coming back to look at my AC and I had to wait in my hot condo until 4. Unfortunately they have to come back because they don't have a part. that they need. The guy at least put coolant in there so it should work over the weekend.

Yeah I haven't been wearing it too much. I've been trying but I'm real claustrophobic and its real tough. I'm debating whether to just give it back and sleep on my side, which I've been doing a lot and I hear helps.
 
G snores on his side just as much if not more than he does on his stomach. Are there different face masks that don't feel so claustrophobic, Matt?

They have masks just for the nose, but since I breathe through my mouth they said I need either a full mask or a half mask. I tried the half mask but it get slipping off so the full mask is what's left.
 
If you have sleep apnoea, I think it would really benefit you to get used to it, Matt. It's dangerous apparently.
 
Could you practice wearing the mask while wstching tv or so, without turning it on of course, just to get used to the feeling with no pressure to try and sleep?

Instead of going out to eat, I went to Target, and I ate a lot for a Saturday.

Exercise: 1 Hour of Walking

Estimated total calories: 3200 (930 cal. over 2270)

Since I ate so much Saturday, I tried to eat less today.

I'm in a bit of a rush since I'm on my lunch hour. I did better today, especially the fruit. I was going to walk but I felt awful that night.

For some reason the site wasn't working so I couldn't post. My memory wasn't working real well so it may not be that accurate. I was kind of down because my weight has either stayed the same lately or went up. I've also noticed that the last day from my last diary to the date I went to my Doctors appointment which was a 6 month time frame and I had gained like 25 lbs.

Of course yesterday didn't help when I had those muffins. I'm also thinking of getting an Air Fryer.
