Weight-Loss March Challenge!

Weight-Loss
San ~ I agree with Derrick.. You gotta stay and dont give up. Stay in and motivate yourself. You are not alone. we all have to deal with the bad.

Mimmi~ :hurray: A loss is a Loss. Be proud. Keep positive! Dont give up. I am at the same wieght. Us girls gotta stick toghter. LOL! There is always next week.

jelly belly88: i'm most definitely staying positive! and i'm not giving up, even if I do gain instead of lose.

But you know, when you really feel like you've done your best, what to you do?! it's just damn frustrating!

I guess I'll just have to re-evaluate for next week and try a different approach :)

Okay So I gained two pounds!!! :cuss: I believe it's becuase of TOM, he his coming to visit any day now. LOL!!! So , I am okay with it it just makes me wann work more. So I am right with you Mimmi. Well, I am off to work out and drink my WATER!

March 8= 170

OK, so I actually weighed 196.0 during the day yesterday, March 7th but I went out with my wife and had a few drinks last night so I was hoping to just barely make 196 this morning. I ate smart so I thought I would pull it off but I was 197.0 this morning on weigh in day. I'm still really happy with that because 2.0 lbs in one week is hard for me at this point. Now I'm ready for next week! :coolgleamA:

Starting weight = 199.0
March 8th = 197.0 (-2.0 lbs)
Yea for me! :D

That is exactly what you do! You really do have to become some what of a perfectionist. Think about how your week went and think about every tiny little thing you could have done a little better. For example, were some of your meals just barely on the heavy side? Did you miss just one workout? Could you have balanced the proteins, carbs and fats just a tiny bit better? If you have done all of these things right, could you maybe just add one 30 minute workout? Maybe something fun that you have always wanted to do. It's the little things that add up to big things in the end. You just keep re-evaluating until you find a recipe that works.

Aww, I'm a late start, again. Oh well! I'll still try =) 1% of my body is just under a pound and a half, so I'll try to lose about six pounds! Woo!

Awesome to see a few people updating....well done to those who lost and well done to those who didn't but are staying positive and sticking with it!

I didn't lose or gain (which amazes me the amount of food i've eaten this week!). Hopefully next week will see some results!

I agree. No pouting about 1 lb when you are so close to your goal. ;) BTW, parikp02 you lost just about 0.8% of your weight so very close to 1%. Good job!

Breakin' the challenge cherry.

Start Weight: 150 lbs.

March 8 = 148 lbs.
March 15 = 143 lbs.
March 22 = 144 lbs.

Total March Loss: 6 lbs.
