I am off to a great start this week. I worked out twice yesterday (cardio in morning and weights at night) and this morning I had an awesome cardio workout (400 yard timed swim, 21 minute stationary bike, 15 minute jog on treadmill). Best thing was my timed swim was quite a bit faster than the winners from last years sprint triathlon which I want to do this year. Granted most triathlon competitors are slow swimmers and fast bikers/runners but it is nice to know that I can at least kick some butt in the pool still.

Hope everyone else is off to a great start. One good day at a time!

Derrick ~ That is Awesome! You do alot. Give me some of that power. LOL. I have been wanting to start swimming. But for some reason I dont. I know it is suppose to be really good for your joints. Now, You just encouraged me. And Dran straight. You will kick some butt. You keep that positive motivation.

Well, I hope ya'll have a good week. Everyone stay Positive and Drink That WATER!LOL!

I'm in for the challenge!

Start weight --
March 3: 215

March 10: 210! YAY!
March 17: (Didin't weigh myself.)
March 24:
March 30: 206.8 (94 kg)

I'm excited about this challenge! :)

3/10 -- I weighed myself at walmart. At the present moment, I don't own a scale because I can't trust myself not to become obsessive. I'm chucking it up to water weight, but that doesn't mean I'm not OH. SO. HAPPY! :D

3/21 -- I went on a four day party binge. OOPS! Here's hoping I keep it together for these last two weeks of March!!!

3/30: I didn't weigh myself the week of the 24th. Weighed myself today, and I lost 8 pounds this month!!! YAY!

***
I lost 3.8% of my body weight! I can't wait to start my next challenge!

Well I have already lost another pound and I am still having really good workouts. I actually feel like I broke through a plateau this week. The only bad thing is I was shaking so bad and I was so hungry after tonight's workout that I probably ate a little too much when I got home. I had a giant salad with a whole chicken breast sliced up, tomatoes and low fat French dressing. Three minutes later I had another giant salad with a whole chicken breast sliced up, tomatoes and low fat Ranch dressing. I just couldn't help it tonight. I haven't done that in months. Hopefully it wasn't as many calories as I fear. Back to the gym tomorrow! :D

Derrick~ Good job on the workout.!! You know when people are on a diet and they binge for one day or two but still ended up loosing that weight? Then other people say well maybe that's just what your body needed, blah, blah. LOL! Well I am that other person. So maybe just maybe you needed that? I dunno. But hey, it was all good stuff you were eating. It's not like you binged on Bread, chips, cakes, etc.. So dont beat yourself up about.

Hey ya'll, Just checkin in I cant wait till Sunday. I am nervous because TOM should be here will soon. Maybe on Sunday :banghead: BUt that's okay. I will take the punches. Ya'll have a good day and Weekend. Dont foeget to Drink that WATER!!!

That's me.

Well, I don't binge eat, I just eat more than my daily calorie allowance allows.

I get diarrhea overnight if I over eat so I try to avoid it. :biggrinjester: Isn't that pleasent?

LowFatMIlk~ LOL! At least it works. I somethime get like that as well. LOL!!! I never know what really goes on in the body and why that happens..

Well this morning I was still 198.0 so who knows. Then I went and jogged 2.5 miles on the treadmill plus a lot of stretching. My kicks are getting better (kickboxing) so I think the stretching is working. We'll see what tomorrow and Sunday brings. I hope to be 197.0 on Sunday morning. That would be kewl. :D

Olux, how are you doing? You've been quiet lately.

No one is going to make fun of you even if you gained weight every week. It is all a learning process. For 6 weeks at the end of last year my progress stopped and I actually gained 4 lbs. Then I said, time to take it up another notch. Now I'm down another 10+ lbs in the past 8 weeks. Come on! Stick with it! Bad day? Bad week? Bad month? Who cares? What about now? What about tomorrow? That is what matters!

Start Weight Feb 28: 168.2 lbs
Weightloss goal: 4% = 6.73 lbs which would take me to 161.5 lbs!

March 7 = 167.8 (-0.4) Worked out SO hard this week while eating really well... Frustrating
