Dont worry about it, I think there was a lot of confusion! Is this the stat board that you will be using every week now? If it is, can you delete the other one (just makes it easier for me to add up the points!)

I put my first week in. Let me know if I did it wrong. I can break it down further since I know how long I walk for, what days I did, and which classes I took. I fell short by a quarter pound of my 2lb goal, but am psyched because its 'bloating' week:toetap05: and last month I lost diddly during that week! WOOT!Not to mention I should be in the 100's before October is out. I just can not believe that!! Been way too long! :hurray: Not to mention my diet was a mess this week. I'm not happy with my salt intake or water intake this week. Going to shore it up this week. Ok, I'm done griping. :biggrinjester: Good luck everyone!

Wow there have been some amazing losses this week!!! Unfortunately not for me - still plateaued but it's great to see you guys doing so well!



CHALLENGE FOR THE WEEK!

Let's work on those arms!! 50 press ups everyday...feel the burn!!

As with last week, adapt this to suit yourself. Do the exercise standing, kneeling or on your toes....whatever way you feel comfortable and get something out of it! 50 per day is a guide, so do them however you wish so long as you total 300 for the week.

Was thinking that we could award an extra ten points each week for checking in on time? I’ll throw that idea out there!

I didn't actually see this one until today...must be my old age! *lol*...anyway, yeah, the 10 points for checking in sound fair enough! :)

Starting to feel the competitiveness kicking in... I've been doing the 100pushups.com challenge for a while now... I can only do about 50 pushups in a session... that's with rest breaks! I was thinking of just giving it up, but thanks for this motivation to finish something I started!!!!

And hey... there's lots of points awarded to exercise... I'm REALLY gonna step it up this week!!!

Man, I was so bleh last week didn't even do a single crunch... think I'll do them this week :)

good lord I think my arms are going to fall off by the time this week is done!!! I've gotten 45 so far today and I'm cringing about doing the last 5. definately makes me realize how puny I've gotten. I used to be able to do 50 in 2 minutes about 5 years ago.....:ack2: now I have to stop every 15 or so and whine. :D
 
i know how you feel, my arms are killing me too! maybe 50 a day was a bit much but we can do it! Just tink how toned we will be by the end of it! :D:D
 
as long as I can still brush my hair by saturday, I'll be happy. :D I just have to break the 50 up into 2 or 3 sets of 15-20. no way could I do 50 in one go. nuh uh!:willy_nilly:
 
Damn! Didn't get anywhere this week. Another 0 points for me. I will catch up though!

of course you will!! I had a terrible week last week....we just need to keep going and climbing back on the wagon :D:D

my arms are sore enough I'm having to skip parts of my weightlifting routine. no way am I doing curls extentions AND press ups. not happening!!
