nope no need to track anything til sunday! think that most people who want to join up have done so but they still have til the end of tomorrow. Points will be allocated this week purely for any pounds lost. That basically means that if you joined early you have a bit of a head start!
Challenge beginning Sunday 28th Sept
Exercise!!!! Well toning to be more exact! Let's start getting thse tummies flatter EVERY DAY you must complete 50 stomach crunches. By the end of the week you will have done 300
No need to log your details everyday, so long as you detail it all before midnight every friday. If you find it beneficial to post daily then please do so!
