Urban Rebounding DVD #4, Workout #1; Resistence Bound. Great!
 
Sunday April 22nd
Karen Voight's Great Weighted Workout with 10 lbs weights, then DD proceeded to shop me around town and the nxt day, I'm still out of sworts. Shopping is DEF an aeerobic activity!

Monday April 23rd
40 minutes on the bike, actually prob a few more
 
It's plenty warm enough for that, She !

Tuesday, April 24th
Urban Rebounded DVD #4, Workout #2, 27 minutes of Sports Bound - not my favorite but if I push myself it's a pretty good workout

23 minutes on the Urban Rebound, DVD #4, workout #3, Ballet Bound - suprisingly hard workout!

A friend of mine who was a professional ballet dancer referred to the dancers as athletes - having since seen a few performances I can understand why.
 
Oh, sure, ballet dancing isn't for wimps!

Sunday, April 29th
It's Sunday, so it's Karen Voight's Great Weighted Workout; with 10 lb hand and ankle weights.

Monday, April 30th
40 minutes on the bike, getting ready to add more time and resistence!!!!!

Cardio G-Force on the Urban Rebounder - pretty good workout; about 35 minutes long! Very Firm like!
 
Well..............

The answer isn't so simple.

It depends on what I am doing at the time they come out, if I am paying full price......and then they enter the rotation, so to speak.
 
Wed May 2nd
Streamline Fitness with Karen Voight, just the first workout. Fast forwarded some of the tummy stuff too as I ran out of time.

Thurs May 3rd
Pressed for time, so it was only 30 minutes on the bike but a bit higher on the intensity! And it was okay!

Friday May 4th
CardioLates, a new to me U.R. workout done by a pair of redheaded twins, former NYC Rockettes. It’s a 70 minute video with two aerobic sections and major toning & stretch sections, so I did the warm up, the first aerobic section, and some of the cool down.

I liked it!
 
Sunday May 6th
It was a busy day so I did the one-hour Kathy Smith's Lift Weights to Lose Weight #2 and boy do my legs ache! I ran around AL DAY - I had a wedding and a parade and I helped a lot at the wedding, seting up, cleaning up, etc., so it was an aerobic day (no nap!), for sure!



Monday May 7th
35 minutes on the bike, at the higher intensity, which looks like it's working out well.
 
Tuesday May 9th

Well!

I got all ready for my Cardio Lates Urban Rebounder workout #2, and then discovered that it was about 3 minutes long! The tape is not meant to be split up............
