Karen Voight's Core Essential Pilates, the entire 40 minute workout, with all the parts, and 10 lb weights ...... And I feel GOOD !!!!!!!
 
Thurs March 8th

BOY DO MY ARMS ACHE FROM YESTERDAY - SHOULD HAVE USED 4 OR 6 LB WEIGHTS INSTEAD OF 10'S !!!!!!

Friday the 9th
Urban Rebound DVD #1 Intermediate Workout; about 40 minutes
 
Sunday March 11th
Kathy Smith's Life Weights to Lose Weight #2, with 10 lb weights; the possibly pinched nerve in my arm bothers me, even with seemingly months of rest, so I'm just going ahead with exercising.

Monday March 13th
40 minutes on the bike; sadly I had to shlep home like 8 packages fromt he subway so my arm barked a little more than usual! Even more sad was that one was fancy delicious cake......

Oh, and the U.R. workout DVDs #2 and 2 came from collage, so guess what I'm doing tomorrow . . .

Tuesday March 14th
U.R. workout; Dance Bound with Tracy! Workout is about 30 minutes.
 
Wed March 14th

Karen Voight's 40 minute Core Essentials Pilates with 10 lb weights. Started walking more, with then nicer weather kicking in . . ,.
 
This urban rebounder must be a NY thing - my cousin (who lives in the City) took a few UR classes and said they were challenging.
 
Dunno, Stingo - anyone can go to their website and buy it, and it's sold at Modell's and Collage Video . . . but perhaps suburbanites prefer to bike or run outside.

Thursday March 15th

Friday, March 16th
Urban Rebounder Box and Bounce, approx 30 minute workout
 
Sunday March 18th
Karen Voight's hour long Core Essential Pilates; I did all the sections and no pain!!!

Monday March 19th - a lot of walking and stairs; DD had some outpatient surgery and there was plenty of running, fetching, and carrying for me to do!

Tuesday March 20th
40 minutes on the bike
 
Stingo, I wouldn't say I'm back in full workout mode, b/c of my arm, but thanks for asking. I'm going to do full body on Sundays and hopefully Wednesdays, too. If that doesn't work out, I'll make Wed. yoga. The other days I'm going to do cardio.

Wed March 28th

Had to be up and out earlier than usual b/c I am taking a longer lunch break to get DD's stictches out, so I did Karen Voight's Core Essential Pilates, 40 minute full body toning, with 10 lb weights.
 
I like reading as well :) -So I'm guessing you really enjoy the tapes right? Do you belong to a gym, or just prefer doing the tapes at home?? DO you feel like you get a real good workout?? LOL at all the questions, but I was thinking of doing some tapes as a back up if I cant make a class at the gym.
 
Shellsy, no, I never belonged to a gym although years back I took (group) exercise classes.
