Thurs Feb 8th

Karen Voight's Streamline Fitness - but just the warmup, lower body section and cooldown, no abs or upper body.
 
Had, of all things, a small stomach flu since Friday afternoon. I barely ate and boy am I tired and grumpy! With stomach cramps!

Sunday the 11th - Karen Voight's Great Weighted Workout, just the lower body and abs section. some walkking, but kinda slow.

Monday the 12th - 37 minutes on the bike, I just couldn't do the whole 40 minutes !!!!!
 
It's Tuesday the 20th; didn't anyone notice I was gone?

Sunday the 18th
Karen Voight's Great Weighted Workout, no upper body sectin

Monday the 19th
40 minutes on the bike . . then I tested my new Urban Rebounder and did two workouts on it!

So I took off Tues the 20th.

Oh …..it’s great, great fun!!!!! It comes with DVDs and you can buy others, of course – I have an aerobic intermediate that I like, but I want to buy others – salsa, hip hop, etc. You can do toning, too, but I don’t need it for that; I have plenty of toning tapes that I like.


DS whose bedroom is next door says it’s noisier than me going on the recumbent bike, so I have to make a schedule for myself …

I'm still not ready - I moved a box the other day and I really felt it in my left arm, all the way down . . . .

Monday Feb 27
40 minutes on the bike - possible UR tonite!
 
Tues the 27th

I'm fighting off a cold that has settled in my throat - I did the UR this AM, but didn't get to do the full workout. Oh, and I'm achey, too.

Did anyone notice I got the dates wrong yesterday?
 
Monday March 5th
I'm coughing less so I did 40 minutes on the bike, but it's very hard; coughing takes a lot of energy and I'm up a lot at night.

Neither Ricolas nor cough syrup is really helping, either..........
