Thurs Jan 11th

B/c of yesterday's neck and arm strain, I decided not to do arm weights today; also, big news - I added two more videos to the rotation & I did:

Karen Voight's Ab and Back Body Reform Pilates

Took about 40 minutes and the ab section felt fine, not too much for me at this point. Haven't done the video since before the summer, I think!

I still have to get bags home from work; today will be library books and pharmacy stuff, tomorrow the last heavy bag AND I AM DONE!

Sunday the 14th
Karen Voight's 40 minutes Firm Arms and Abs - old tape. Used 10 lbs but should have used more. . . abs feel okay, a little twingey, though

Monday Jan 15th
40 minutes on the bike, intensity up!
 
Did not get much protein on Monday; forgot to bring tuna or eggs to eat with salad. Then, for dinner, made a feta cheese quice which smelled and tasted like ******* so dinner was potatoes and salad (again).

Tues Jan 16th
Karen Voight's Streamline Fitness, no ab section and did the yoga part on fast forward. Also a lot of walking!
 
Sometimes what we think is going to taste good doesn't and visa-versa. I deal with that on a daily basis with Greene. At least you had a fall back plan if supper didn't work out. I usually don't have one.
 
If I don't get much protein, I tend to get sleepy . . . I can't exist on just greens and fruit alone.

Oh, I have teenagers - I HAVE to serve a real dinner 'bout every night!
 
I don't know - I don't think he cares for my training. He prefers cardio and eating light . . .

Yesterday, got Karen Voight's newish DVD GEt Firm Fat, 30 minutes of firming and toning.

It's pretty good; I think next time I'll use heavier weights than 10 lbs., and I also think it's more like 40 minutes than thirty . . . lastly, it includes NO warmup (it's recycled from her older tape Half and Half, which was half cardio, half toning.)

And i ate a good amount of cake.....mmmmmmmmmm..
